I went with a friend to Gato last night and was moderately disappointed. I'd give four stars for food quality being great, but I'd give two stars for service and quantity averaging to less than 3 stars. I ordered the mole verde grain bowl, and my friend got two tacos (shrimp and cauliflower). We had a very long wait in which the folks that sat down next to us got there after and literally left the restaurant before my friend got her tacos. I think there was an order screwup, which I understand happens, but little apology or haste to make it right. I was left eating most of my meal before her - would have waited but I was hungry! The bowl was very tasty, but very small. All the portions, while beautifully presented, mixed into probably less than a cup of actual food. I liked having tortillas to eat it with and like I said, very tasty flavors. My friend enjoyed her tacos but everything was pretty small for the price. I know the menu changes / there are pop-ups here so I would try it again with a different menu perhaps.

The Gigi's pop-up (Sunday -Tuesday) is the truth. Team is super nice and the food is technically amazing. Really can't go wrong here - bangers from end to end (the chicken Marsala and shrimp scampi are faves) Whether you're just tryna chill or impress a date - this is the perfect spot. Destined to become a part of your weekly rotation!

If you’re into hipster ennui and apathy, this place is for you. We sat for 10 minutes before a server brought us water & cutlery. Then another 25+ (still waiting) for our meal. Service is indifferent. I can’t speak about the food.

Busy Saturday pop up Mighty Hans may as well have been called Dinky Hans. The chicken sandwich was one of the last available items on the menu and I get why. Greasy, messy, not flavorful, plate too small $12 I won't be getting back

Food is insanely fresh and delicious. Smaller portions but reasonably priced. Switches it up to Italian Sun-Tues nights, which is neat.

Disappointing. Sent back 2 dishes, cold and bland, after waiting almost an hour, no apologies. Can't service a restaurant with 10 people? Not worth it. These folks are not ready. Maybe someday.

Mighty Hans pop up for breakfast on weekends is the best breakfast we can remember in a long time. Big plate had a turnip cake that was fabulous and the scallion pancake was perfect. Definitely check it out.

The food is amazing! I ordered the salad, grouper ceviche, and the chicken adobo. The salad was good the avocado was a nice addition while the sweetness of the butternut squash balanced the flavors of the dressing. The ceviche is spicy! It has grouper, watermelon and serranos in it. The sweet watermelon is nice either the spicy peppers. The star of the night was the adobo chicken! It was not dry at all. It was juicy and had an excellent flavor. I will definitely come back!

We love this place. Cozy hidden gem in Candler Park, AMAZING food, they only have a few staff working and it's so fun to watch them cook, as the kitchen is in the dining area. If you're a foodie and want to pretend you're in NY, go here

One of the greatest spots in Atlanta tucked away in a sweet neighborhood. Ambiance, staff, and food are amazing. Limited menu but means everything on it is good and thoughtful. Love Gato and Gigi’s!!!

This breakfast and lunch place turned evening cafe for the pandemic was a great fine. Our Latin food was quite good. My friend had the very fragrant fajita type chicken skillet. I had ceviche and tacos. Our beers were cold and service was very much on point. I will be back.

We stopped in here for dinner and the place is great. It’s small, intimate, the service and food were excellent. It’s a limited menu, but what they offer was great. My only concern was I left hungry and there were limited options for an app. I’m by no means a big guy, but would have liked a little bigger meal.

The ceviche was amazing. I also love the avocado soup.Solid 5/5They have a great drink with lime crushed lime pulp / puree. It comes with tequila, but they make it for me without. The gauva one is delicious too. I have only had one or the otheronce with tequila once and that was cool to for those that like a lil tipsyness.Oh! And the music plus ambience is great too.Don't snooze on their brunch. Solid 5/5 there too.
