Ordered the special fish sandwich and it was not that great. Two thick thick pieces of cod and fish was over cooked and chewy.

Everything is so delicious, and they are generous with the portions. I love getting the taco and burrito combos with the fries, which are so fresh and crispy! They are also quick with preparing your food.

Amazing fried chicken sandwich with the slaw. The fries are fantastic. The tempura sweet potatoes are good too!

This place appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and (unlike many of their featured restaurants) it really is a dive. It's cluttered and the tables and chairs are very low rent. There are paper signs on the door warning you to not leave valuables in your car. BUT: the food is good, and not something you can get just anywhere.I love a Mexican-Korean fusion (two of my favorite cuisines) so I was predisposed to like this place. My standards here are very high due to Pig Latin in Colorado Springs (another DDD place) and Hanook is not quite on that level. But that's not to say it wasn't good. Really my only complaint was the abundance of cilantro -- not a thing I love. So, if a Mexican-Korean fusion sounds appealing and you're looking for a place that is the polar opposite of fancy, give Hankook Taqueria a try.Parking: The lot is small and a bit cramped.

This is my favorite place for Korean tacos and sesame fries. Nice little place. No frills but one of the best places for food. Also just tried their kimchi bulgogi fries and it was not a disappointment! It definitely fills you up.2024 update: food and service is still amazing! The atmosphere is cozy, nothing special. Only complaint is parking but it's doable and has nothing to do with the business itself.

Nice taco place. All tacos are $4. I really enjoyed the shrimp taco, the pork not so much since it was salty. Fish taco had a good chunk of fish. Guy Fieri went here on diners drive ins and dives so we wanted to check it out. Wish they renovated/cleaned up the inside more than it currently looks. Also not as big a fan of the fries as others are, seems they’re on the sweet coating side

Hope in the wall atmosphere and simply delicious food. Can’t stress enough how delicious the buffalo chicken tacos are even though it sounds a little pedestrian. They are amazing but only available on Tuesday and Thursday. All the specials honestly are killer.

They have the best fries here!! They have a unique seasoning and are served with a dipping sauce that's just a tad spicy and so yum. I also really love their tacos, shrimp and pork are my favorite. Any day I get to swing by is a cause for celebration ?Parking: When it's really busy it can be hard to find parking, but generally there are empty parking spaces.

Haven't been here in a few years and still like it very much. Got in line and started reading the menu and the specials. We normally order tacos and sometimes the Mandoo but this time we orders one bulgogi taco, and an order of pork Mandoo, and the special of the day which was a Korean fried chicken sandwich. We got our number and sat and waiting a few minutes for our warm food to arrive. Oh my goodness, the size of that Korean Chicken Sandwich arrived and it was unbelievable. I don't know how anyone would get there mouth around it so out comes the knife and fork. Glad that we ordered the sauce on the side so we could cut our chicken and dunk into that wonderful sauce. Perfect little spice. The special came with fries that were so so. Not much to write about. Just not a fan of those coated frozen fries. If you are going to serve frozen fries out of a bag there are much better ones out there. We waiting a few minutes before diving into the Mandoo as we knew how hot they would be when opened up. They were delicious. The tastes were great accompanied by a sauce that really did well enhancing the taste of both. And of course the Bulgogi taco, my overall favorite menu item in this place was great. The meat is not much to look at but the seasoning is amazing and the sesame soy dressing on the lettuce in the taco make me what just the taco bowl the next visit.Service was great. Food served quickly. The place was packed for a 1:30PM lunch and people just kept coming. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
