Me and my family came in for the first time today and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is red and black , which is my favorite colors so we felt right at home lol. The cashier , I forget her name, but she was so patient, sweet and friendly when taking and explaining our order... the food came after about a 15 minute wait, and when I tell you we enjoyed every bite. I got the 3 whole wings and waffles with a side of baked beans and potatoe salad(thank you Marvelle W.) I would break everything down but just know this place is a must try. Marvelle was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. And was very sweet , nice, accommodating, and personable (Hey Neighbor!) LOL. Now that's customer service! Thank you Hattie Bs. The food is always fresh, and the portions are amazing for the price. The chicken tenders are always big, juicy, and crispy. Dipping them in comeback sauce is the best! The sides also compliment the meal very well.

By far the BEST experience we had in ATL thus far foodwise. We enjoyed our food thoroughly. Customer service ON POINT and it was clean, amazing vibes and awesome music. If I'm ever in ATL again I'm coming back and I'm not joking about that. We need one of these in Florida... yall hear that? Broward County specifically (hint hint)
Great place. Chicken is amazing. Hot isn't too hot. Just right in my opinion. Cheddar bacon grits are a star. Decor is really cool they got tvs for sports. Fun spot to chill.

"I recently dined at Hattie B's Hot Chicken and was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food they served. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and left us wanting more. However, our experience was slightly marred by the issue of unauthorized vehicles parking in the handicapped spots. As a parent with a child in a wheelchair, it was disappointing to find ourselves having to park on the street due to this. Despite this inconvenience, the quality of the food at Hattie B's Hot Chicken definitely makes it worth a visit."
