Mediocre food, everything needs seasoning. Staff was very nice though.

I booked a room at Moxy and was told I needed to go to the high note to try the brussels sprouts and peach cobbler. That’s what I did. I asked the bartender at the High Note (Black guy with head wrap and dreads) (sorry black folks calling us out like this) for a to go order and he told me to wait to pay until the food gets there. Even when I told him I could pay now and come back and get it because I had people waiting downstairs. He told me it’s better to wait. I waited 35 minutes all the while he seem as if it was coming up soon. Every time he came back from the back room he was eating something and I’m thinking I hope he’s not eating my brussels sprouts, lol. He says my order is ready, but he only has one box then he realizes there is no Brussel sprouts and slowly comes up with the statement, they forgot the Brussels. I feel like either he didn’t put them in or was eating them, because he really made no effort to go to the back, or try to compensate me for the wait. It’s a simple order. How do you get it wrong and not try to do anything to fix it I should have not paid for the cobbler as it was horrible. The crust and the peaches felt totally separate and like they just try to do something and call it cobbler. The ice cream was melted to water on the first opening when I got to my room. The place was closed so I just threw it all in the trash. Nice spread out seating with heat lamps everywhere for warmth, probably a cool place to grab a drink but the prices you could have purchased a bottle from a nearby store and drink at your leisure, but there are no refrigerators so most people won’t have the means to keep anything cool.

Don’t come here just for the rooftop.

The food and service was good. As far as a rooftop bar, it was not. It's on the sixth floor and there's no view or ambiance. Buildings on both sides and across the street. Maybe it was because they enclosed the bar area because it was cold but honestly I was not impressed.

The place is nice, went for Labor Day so no crowd. Gives you a relaxing vibe and there is plenty of seating. The space is rather large with a few tvs located under the bar. My only complaint is that kids were walking back and forth from the roof top area to the pool. This definitely killed the vibe and should be separated and monitored more closely. Our server was super kind and friendly. The food was ok, nothing special. We got some sliders and the shrimp po boy sandwich with garlic parmesan fries. You get three sliders and my sandwich only had 4 fried shrimps with the tail still on them (super disappointing). Our meal was $49 and that was without gratuity or any alcohol beverages. Parking in the garage was 20 bucks for less than 90 minutes.

Cute little rooftop bar in Midtown! Service is always excellent!! Recommend especially during sunset. Easy access to Moxy hotel bar which is also great with drinks and has fun games.

Wish I could leave zero stars. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife and I made a reservation for a cabana on labor day from 4-10. Upon arrival, we head directly to the rooftop, where our waiter greets us. We show our reservation, and she walks us to a sofa area with some shade. After a few hours of enjoying the champagne and food, we are approached by a manager by the name of Tiffany. (Tiffany, you're gonna be a star on yelp). Tiffany explains to us that we are seated at the wrong section, and that the price for a sofa seating area was $200 (Mind you, we prepaid $180 for the cabana, so it was ultimately a $20 difference). I tell Tiffany about what appeared to be a simple mix up, and we were about to leave so they can accommodate whoever the section is for. She then tells me that I am going to be responsible for the $200 payment for the sofa section. I explained to her that we already prepaid a reservation for a cabana, and were seated here by our waiter. This was our first time here and we're simply following direction on where we were supposed to be. She then insisted it was our responsibility to know we were in the wrong area b/c our name wasn't on a sign next to the section (which we didn't even notice there was a sign until she pointed it out), and that we didn't follow the proper protocol of checking in with the front desk, and are somehow responsible for where the waiter sat us. Confused and getting frustrated, I reiterate that this is our first time, nobody instructed us we did anything incorrect, and also the same waiter had sat multiple people at different cabanas (never saw an escort from the front desk, not to mention they wouldn't know where to sit us). Tiffany then tried to say that we enjoyed "the experience" of their champagne and chefs dish, and that's why we needed to pay. We showed her that our cabana experience that was prepaid INCLUDED CHAMPAGNE, literally the only difference was sitting in a "cabana" or "sofa" (mind you, EVERY CABANA HAS A SOFA). Instead of accepting any accountability, she brushed off any help whatsoever and said if we get charged then it's on us to correct. She was very unpleasant and raised her voiced at one point. My wife and I literally had to go to the front desk, explain the situation to the attendant there, and she walked us back up to high note. After going to the back she came back out and explained that we wouldn't be charged for the mishap and apologized for our inconvenience. We also found out that our star of the show Tiffany was 3 hours late to work, which is why she never caught the mix up until we were in the section for hours. Long story short, either demote Tiffany, get her some extensive training, or let her go. Literally fumbled what would have been a repeat customer that would have bought that section 10 more times had this been a great experience.

No cocktail list, the online and restaurant menu are different with vastly different prices. Horrible service, drinks and

The food and drinks were better than expected. Very chill vibes with a great server. It was nice to be able to eat and drink on a roof but it was not very aesthetic if ur looking for that

It wasn't the best. We went for Sunday brunch and it was very underwhelming. The scenery is cool, but that's it. Plus you have to pay $20 parking on weekends, which is bizarre. I will not be revisiting.

you have to pay for parking drinks are a bit high food looks good but we didn't order, lots of folks look like they were waiting a while so we didn't want to order food. nice view young crowd good or bad depending on what you like

This was such a great, enjoyable evening with friends. The DJ was on point and our server was so sweet. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out. At one point I ordered a drink I didn't end up liking and she swapped it out for me. Views of the city are so pretty as well!

This spot has the potential of being a go to spot but they don't have any flavors for margaritas, they over charge for things like wings, they don't offer parking validation. I just felt like every time we asked for something it was a “no, I'm sorry we don't do that”. I'll pass. Won't be going back
