The girls here are always nice very helpful with suggestions even though this is a win-win that everyone loves to go to for holiday meals even when it's not the holiday the food here is delicious and on point I stop in every now and then for an occasional turkey sandwich for lunch on the go friendly staff!

This restaurant has terrible customer service. I attempted to place a cater order with this location today (12.5.2023 around 3:30pm EST) via the AmericaToGo portal and the menu was being updated so I wasn't able to. When the call the location, Tiffany (the employee answering the phone) advised that I would need to contact Customer Support at AmericaToGo to see if they would be able to provide a solution for me. After speaking with customer support from AmericaToGo, the solution was simple: Call the restaurant. Give them the order. The restaurant would then create a customized order for me and submit it to AmericaToGo via email. From there, AmericaToGo would be able to upload the order on the portal where I can pay for it. When I tried to explain this to Tiffany, she was confused and handed the phone to her manager. "Tiffany's Manager" as she introduced herself, answered the phone extemely rude and dismissive. When I told her I was actually calling back with the solution, she continue to be rude and dismissive and stated "we don't do that!" . I don't know who the owner is of this location, but please reevaluate your staff. They're ruining your business. I will never be giving this location or this company my business ever again.

Had a taste for a ham sandwich. Nothing better, except cooking one myself, than Honey Baked! Got a ham bone. Perfect purchase for a few sandwiches .... and soup later So hot outside, it had stater to thaw by the time I arrived home. I had to pull a slice. So good. Tender. Reminds of holiday dinners. Summer sandwiches, fried for breaks with sunny- side up eggs. Yes, all that. About the only time I want white bread, mayo, mustard, and hotsauce. If I have lettuce and tomato even better. And complete the survey, BOGO sandwiches.The woman working was kinda dry and not what i would consider as friendly, but she did her job.

I will NEVER visit the Buford Highway location again!!! I ordered a turkey breast last night with a scheduled pickup for 11:00 AM this morning. When I arrive, my order is not ready and I am told that I will need to wait for my turkey breast to be glazed. I'm not understanding why my order wasn't ready but I showed no negative emotion and waited. I get the turkey breast home, only to discover they glazed a FROZEN TURKEY BREAST!!! I was completely beyond angry...waiting to only receive frozen food. I call to inform them the turkey is frozen and I want nothing but a refund. When I get there, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE apologized for not having the order ready at the scheduled time or for selling me a lately-glazed, frozen trukey breast. Needless to say, this ruined the lunch plans I had for today and wasted gas I could have used for a true purpose, not eating gas costs associated with this store's lack of quality control and customer service. I will not ever patronize this location, ever again.
Honey Baked Ham food made me sick. I purchased over $200 of food for Christmas and Super Bowl. I was sick for 2 weeks after Christmas and again after the Super Bowl. We had the brisket for Super Bowl. It smelled funny. I thought it was the BBQ sauce. We could not eat it. It was spoiled. No wonder it was half price. I'm glad I saved some for testing. I also saved the wrapping. Should I send it to the FDA?I called their customer service number and was treated extremely rudely. After about an hour on the phone, I was told to call another number. That number was not in service. When I call back, I was asked the same questions again, another hour or so on the phone & told to call one of two numbers. One was disconnected. I called the second number I was told they had me in the system and someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and no call. I was on these calls over 3 hours. I was sick for over 2 1/2 weeks. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. No calls nothing. I have been buying there hams for about 20 years & lately I've noticed the quality has been going downhill. My next ham is coming from Costco. NOT Honey Baked.

So I only came for some small orders of turkey and ham. I got a pound of turkey and a pound of ham. I didn't see any issue so I don't understand why the reviews are so low at this location. The line was a little long but it was close to the holidays so that is as expected. I was able to get in and get out and they explain exactly how much I was buying. Everybody was nice and friendly. There was a girl on the registered training, so she was still learning as it came along, but she was still nice to me to even though she was getting used to the register. I have no issues with this place, this is not the first time I've been either!

The Ham is good but the Roasted Turkey is quite possibly the best turkey you’ll ever eat. For $111.00 I got 2 turkey breast and 4 sides. Easily food for 6-8 people. There’s no way I could have gone to the grocery store and prepared that much food for that price. Great food at a great priceHappy Thanksgiving
