My boyfriend and I come here frequently because he likes to watch the fights/ games and we enjoy the food. This time when we came it took the staff over 5 minutes before we were greeted. It would've been nice if someone would've at least said hi, we'll be with you shortly and acknowledged our existence but no. Finally one of the ladies interacted with us and asked how we were doing and how many people in our party. Once we were sat we were greeted by our server, Havyn. She was new and being trained. She did a really good job. We each ordered the Baja Shrimp Tacos and an 8 piece boneless wings and fries. We order the same thing every time we come. Our food was good. I got full and took the rest Togo. Everything was good but they need to do a better job at getting people as soon as they come through the door.

This is the best Hooters I've been to in quite some time! My server, Christie, was fantastic. Of course the wings were awesome and the manager Jimmy worked the whole place, ensuring everything was great for the customers. Excellent job Hooters Team!

I’m currently here now and this place is hit and miss when it comes to service. The young lady Taylor who greeted us grabbed the menus then decided not to bring them then once we set down she came back to the table and said oh you all need menus. She took an our drink order which took 25 minutes to receive. Customer service here sucks and some of the young ladies attitude needs some work. A smile like you’re happy to be living.

I went to place a to go order about 11pm. I was told my food would take about 10-15 minutes. It took over 35. The girl brought my food out and there was an order of tater tots missing. I didn’t have the honey mustard sauces I asked for either. She (as sweet as she was) went back to have them make me an order but by then I was so tired/ irritable I just wanted to talk to the manager. After waiting another 5 minutes or so for the manager who I never saw, I was so tired I just left. They were NOT busy at all. I ended up packing my own food in a bag and just walking out. And my fish sandwich wasn’t good at all. It was completely flavorless. Food was mid. And service (which wasn’t even full service at all) for a to go order in a slow restaurant was terrible. I ended up leaving at 12:11am. Over an hour for a to go order is CRAZY. Btw, I only ordered a fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, 6 wings, and 3 orders of tots, one of which I didn’t receive. I won’t be back.

Horrible customer service! Enter the established tonight 2/12/24. It was not busy basically empty.Was told to set ourselves. Set literally 7mins with no greeting or acknowledgement while two waitress walked passed us and continue to hold conversation as though they were not working. We didn’t bother to say anything to what I assume was the manager in the green shirt either bc she had her face buried in her phone. Poor customerService will not be returning.
