You check out at a kiosk they give you food. Not much service to be had.Got the meatloaf melt. Overpowered by the pimento. Not much flavor on the meatloaf. Wasn’t terrible, but probably won’t be back.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich which was quite delicious. However, the man working there had terrible customer service skills. The guy who was working there did not even greet us when we walked up to the counter. Instead, he just kept sitting on his laptop or phone the entire time. When we asked him questions, he was very short, as if we were bothering him. The ambiance of the place was nice, but the bad attitude from the guy ruined the experience.

I got a sandwich from here last month for the first time. I chose the turkey stack with house chips. Delicious from start to finish ?. This turkey sandwich has cranberry sauce on it also.This is not a thin mediocre sandwich! He knows what he is doing creating this culinary entrees. You have to taste the sandwich for yourself. Everything that is on the sandwich makes it what it is. The house chips definitely hit also. I got my food through Uber Eats my only suggestion is that the chef staples the bag on top. Other restaurants do it that way you know that know one is eating your food while it's being delivered to you.

I saw this man video previously about this restaurant. I wanted a fresh sandwich. This sandwich is delicious fresh and filling. I won't be eating firehouse subs no more. I started eating there years ago after I stopped eating subway. I got the turkey stack and the chips which are delicious. I didn't have anything to eat at work today. I scheduled last night on Uber eats. Usually it's always same day order. After I got off from work between 1:30 and 2:00 my order was delivered. I played the Outkast song while eating my sandwich paying tribute to the group and the business. I was going to eat one half and save the other. That didn't happen. I'm definitely getting The OG Meatloaf sandwich next time. It will be cool if you can staple the bag for Uber eats customer's.

Sandwiches are good! Dude is definitely talented. Now Chef, is not the best people person, maybe that's a skill he has to work on but he got those sandwiches down pack.
Hands down two of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Don't go without trying the meatloaf melt, and/or the turkey stack. Great sandwiches, and surprisingly for a reasonable price (amidst all the post-covid upcharging)! Yall are awesome!

My wife and I had a great lunch here yesterday. They had 24 regional craft beers on tap. The waitress (originally from Connecticut) made great beer recommendations and was very friendly. The bar wasn’t too crowded at 2:00 but everyone was friendly he sociable. They have a fairly short food menu but it has a good variety of sandwiches and snacks. I had a chicken salad sandwich, my wife had a loaded hot dog and we split an order of deviled eggs. Everything was very good. A great choice for beer and food. Conveniently located near the King Center.
