Great spot in the middle of the city that has a decent variety of cookie and ice cream flavors! You can buy minis there too! A lot of college students work there, so operation and preparation to serve was satisfying. Being able to grab some ice cream in the wee hours of the morning was a great Idea! Glad we had insomnia! The restaurant that is lol

Best cookies I've ever had

Decent cookies. Their app is absolutely horrendous. Doesn't track, just shows the delivery still standing at store (bug happens every time). Most recent order took 2 hours total, 1 hour just to be delivered after being dispatched to deliver 8 blocks away...and it wasn't even delivered correctly and the delivery instructions completely ignored.

Seeing this place open late night filled with party goers and college students, I thought this would be a real treat. The food was just OK. The staff were OK as well, but it didn't feel warm. It feels like a corporate cookie company and that's just not how I like my cookie to crumble.

They have a bunch of seating outside! Perfect for the weather right now. I would recommend the cookie and two scoops of ice cream. The cookie comes warm! Everything was just perfect! The staff helped us and was patiently waiting for us to gather our order. It was my first time grabbing a treat here and may I say, delectable! Park at Publix market and walk to grab a few bites.

Stopped by for a late night treat. The service was quick and the cookies tasted good but why are they so expensive.I ordered the brookie and the triple chocolate deluxe. The cookies cost about $4-$5 each. Both tastes extremely well and are worth a try. I would not make this place a regular treat.

All I can say is wow. The cookies were amazing. 10/10. I ordered off of DoorDash as a late night snack and they were delivered in less than 30 min and they were warm and delicious. I’ll definitely be trying again!

it’s extremely sad to have to walk into an establishment i had driven an hour for to get the service i did. when walking in everything was normal per usual. when i got to the register i was approached with an irritated cashier and coworkers. i was completely understanding that they were about to close i didn’t appreciate the tone i was approached with because i was super nice with the staff until i left. the cashier seem like she just was try to rush me to leave the store as soon as possible and when my friend was asking questions while ordering the cashier and her coworker kept exchanging looks and kept addressing us passive aggressively. when i received my cookie ice cream sandwich there was a long hair in my ice cream. As this being a popular business especially at night i would expect the business to carry well through the service and expect what im paying for to come with no hair. if you want to leave so bad or are treating the customer the way you do, it is not only embarrassing for you but for the business as well. as an employee you are the face of the company you work for. if you don’t want to be there, don’t work there simple.

Don’t order UberEats from here. They use their own delivery drivers and lie and say that contact has been made and that the order has been delivered with no proof of delivery and steal your money. After contacting UberEats, a refund was still not given because they can only go with “what the merchant says”… with or without proof.

Ok I’ve been going to this location for some years now but tonight stuck out, thanks to Raymond’s amazing services. To the ice cream recommendation and explanation, to adding a gluten free label to my cookie, separate from the rest. He was very attentive and polite. One pain point was not being able to tip through the payment processing machine.

These people lie. They are not open at 11am. If you order online, they will let you order cookies even for times that they are not open at.

I ordered gluten-free cookies because it's the only place I know to get good ones that are fresh baked. They said they were in the oven and that it would be 10 minutes, and I was totally fine with that. However, 10 minutes later the cookies they gave me were just warm, slimy dough that much liquefied by the time I got to the car. For the price, they weren't worth it...at all.

I was waiting to pick up my DoorDash order and no one helped me for about 15 Minutes a woman with short blonde hair saw that I was waiting for an order and let other people come in front of me and serve them I’d say it was about a 20 minute 25 minute wait ridiculous rude.

The reason I gave them a single star is because while on vacation in Atlanta I ordered cookies on their site. I received the cookies and they were great, but the site charged my card 16 times. I went to use it the next day and it was declined because my bank spotted the fraud and terminated the card. The rest of my vacation was difficult without my card. They have great cookies, just use cash so you only pay once!
