Not good! I first went to an Iron Hill on vacation in Delaware and we loved it! So, I was excited to see one in Atlanta. We decided to grab a bite for lunch between some shopping at the Buckhead one. It was dead inside at 1:30pm on a Saturday. I got the Turkey burger with sweet potatoes fries. I'm not sure how it was possible but the fires were almost burned but at the same time almost raw inside! I couldn't eat them. The burger was average at best! The bartender was completely uninterested in us being there. It was a very disappointing experience. Won't be back!

Wow, this place is really bad! Some background, we had a group of around 10 people, which is pretty large, and we understood that it might take a while for food/drinks. However, it was not busy at all, which isn’t a great sign on a Saturday night. We all ordered cocktails since the waitress recommended not ordering the beer (at a brewery lol), and those drinks took roughly 25 minutes to come out. A few were tasty, but all were way too strong.Things went downhill fast once we ordered food. One person ordered just a single plate of sweet potato fries, and 30 minutes later, after half the party had received their food, we checked back in, and the waitress told us the kitchen was too overwhelmed to make the fries. Again, no one was in the restaurant, and she was never going to give us an update! So, we asked for just normal fries.Thirty minutes later, the plate still never came out, even though other people were getting fries as a side with their meal. We asked the waitress to cancel the order, and she refused! She said they were almost done, and then it took another 10 minutes to come out cold in a to-go box. We also had to wait another 20 minutes for a pizza she wouldn't cancel either. No updates, no apologies, and she gaslit us the entire time. Fortunately, we finally went to the manager, and he handled the situation really well.I hope this place improves because it's in a great location and has a nice atmosphere.

TT was our server for our inaugural visit. She rocked the service. This place was DELICIOUS. Philly egg rolls! Yum! Nachos were layered and scrumptious.Their take on the rueben was exceptional. Sweet potato fries!Chicken lettuce wraps were delectable .OH, let's not forget about the beers! $10 flights for 4 , 4oz beers. Plenty of choices, That porter, ymmmmmmmm!#TeamCabello will be back

Awful service. Ordered a side of fries and followed up about it 3 times and it took 45 minutes. I asked to have it cancelled and they refused.

My group has a history of holding large events at Iron Hill; we took a break for a while, but just recently decided to give Iron Hill another try-- BIG MISTAKE. Their communication is the absolute WORST! After sending multiple follow-up emails and attempting a few calls with no pick-ups, I was only able to get an answer after having to physically show up at the restaurant. This happened multiple times.Dealing with our event was a nightmare due to our decision to partner with Iron Hill & having communication with one of their leads-- Ramel Anderson. We will not be returning, unless they improve their staff's professionality. Absolutely chaotic.

Oh my, how bad can it get!! Waited for close to 20 minutes to get a server before I alerted the manager. The place was essentially empty (5 tables). I got a rushed 'Apology'. None of the protocols of being a server provided- A name, apologies for the delay etc...Won't be going back anytime soon.

I’m not about giving bad reviews, I’m actually usually raving about something. This restaurant is a chain and I’ve been to 2 in Pennsylvania. 5 star there. The girl that served us seemed to be totally lost, we had to ask the manager for our drinks twice. It took over an hour to get our appetizers in a restaurant that was not busy. That’s all we ended up having because, it was already late and not worth sitting there waiting for another hour.Unfortunately, we could also see the manager flirting with her in the kitchen. And talking to her by the hostess desk, which seemed to make absolutely no difference to her service.

I showed up here on Monday afternoon... The place looked closed from the outside, and if not for the bumping music on the external speakers I might've assumed they were closed... Upon entering I was greeted with enthusiasm and immediately challenged to a game of "try every beer." While I didn't partake of this, the bartenders were awesome, the beer was cold, and the atmosphere was epic. Don't buy off on the outward mall appearance of the place. Great times to be had within!

I usually enjoy the food and beer here but the food can be hit or miss. Went in today for some corned beef and cabbage for the St. Patrick's Day weekend and it was like eating a piece of rubber. The bigger issue is that the service is very consistently terribly slow. I've visited a dozen times or so and it is always slow. Does not matter if they are busy or slow, service is going to be slow, and typically requires me to chase down our serve once or twice for refills, or to pay our check. We planned to have a couple of beers today but after our first round - which took 15 minutes to get and required me to stop the manager and say, "I am not trying to be rude but the service is terribly slow every time we come here." - we saw the serve once more when they dropped off our food and then never again. Had to chase them down to get the check. They are generally pretty friendly but the waitress today acted like we were a nuisance. Buckhead is a demanding place and they will not last much longer if they don't improve their service and have more consistent quality in the food.Parking: Always plenty of open parking in the large, free garage that is attached directly to the restaurant.

Terrible service and worst food. I specifically called and asked if the chicken tenders were fresh and not frozen, they told me yes. Then I go to find out that they do not have adult tender meals so I got a kid tender meal. Again I asked another person (our waiter) if they are fresh and not frozen. She went on to say yes, this was not true. We had to send the salad back 4 times. We had to ask several times for refills, the list goes on with issues. If you are a beer person, this may be the place for you. If you want even decent service and a decent meal. They can not even provide that.

This was a really nice restaurant. Service was superb. The service recommended the fried chicken sandwich (which I got spicy with nashville hot) and the other folks with me got the burger. Food was delicious. Wirth a trip!
