It’s really my favorite spot. I’m finally excepting the fact that I’m getting older and don’t have time for the ra ra. I go here for lunch, happy hour and an occasional weekend lit. Never had a bad experience always have a good time.

Called in an order, but told it would not be dropped until I arrived. I explained who I was and that I was trying to avoid the wait. They stated it was policy due to the number of no shows, but he would take the order only. I arrived and was given the bill and questioned the bill verses the advertised price. But then noticed a self imposed tip of 20%. I told him I was not going to pay a tip for waiting. He stated it was policy for call in orders. I stated I did not have a problem with tipping when I am convenienced. But I am not tipping for waiting. I was denied the order. Good thing I am no longer a young attorney eager to sue.

Lemon pepper Wings had a good taste, but was cooked a little hard...the fries were not good at all. I've eaten there before and the fries were not good, but the sweet potato fries are better.

One of THE WORST locations in Atlanta area. Customer service is awful! The location is QUESTIONABLE, the wings are HIT & MISS. A complete WASTE OF TIME, Ghetto establishment for sure. You can tell by the “Owner’s replies” that this establishment is GHETTO AS HELL. The rating speaks for itself 3.5? Lmfaooooooo one angry bird isn’t unusual but this place has more than a few! Security patting down ppl at a wing place is crazy ?I’ll give it a few years and it’ll be run down like everything else in Clayton County ???

I ordered Juicy Lucy not juicy at all. I love burgers and although the burger wasn’t good it was big and filled me up. I didn’t like the fries so I didn’t eat them. I ordered my husband 10 lemon pepper wings with fries. The wings was so hard and dry. My husband said they must have made them that morning Lol. I said long as I sat and waited they did not make them earlier. He said fresh wings wouldn’t be this hard and dry. I just feel like $35 was a waste. I don’t mind paying but make it good and worth the money. The Camp Creek location is better and they have different food and food specials. I gave 5stars for service cause Jojo was nice.
It’s was very loud, the whole staff was vaping and blowing it in customers faces. I had to get my wings fried again because they weren’t cooked. The homemade ranch taste like mayo. They added 18% gratuity for takeout then the man behind the bar asked me why I wasn’t tipping him. I wouldn’t go back they need to fix themselves internally.

It was a great meet up space for our group. The problem was not enough staff to accommodate the volume of people in their space. We ordered food and it took 2 1/2 hours for it to reach out table. I literally walked out JR Crickets and went to the Chinese Restaurant two doors down. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings and Fries there, ate the food there, walked back to JR Crickets and a number of my friends had still not been served. The only thing I had JR Crickets was a cup of water. The Riverdale location needs to be revamped Poste Haste. Since I did not eat the food, I can't rate the food! To their credit some people did get food and seemed to enjoy it and others got the wrong food orders.

I placed an order on doordash, and it wasn't correct. Called the restaurant immediately after, and although I had to drive to the location, the replacement meal was perfect and tasty.Jojo handled my concern with tact and professionalism.Will highly recommend visiting here off his resolution skills alone. Plus, the food was tasty.DeVan

The young lady server was good. My husband placed an order over the phone for pickup. When I arrived about 15 minutes later the cook was just seating in the dining room and did not start cooking my order until after I paid. I ordered wings and a Philly steak sandwich. The sandwich had nothing but meat and cheese with none of the other toppings. And the wings had no flavor. This was my first time not getting good food from a J.R. Cricket, but this was also my first time at this particular J.R. Cricket. Never this one again.
