Just left after 30 minutes, after never receiving my order. Food was made and given to the wrong person. I tell manger, we can clearly see its given to the wrong person, instead of preparing the order for me they (manger and line cook) argue about how it went to wrong peron. Then instead of the cook fixing my food, he to decided start to preparing other orders, while I'm standing in front of him waiting. I ask for a refund they offer, free food. I declined. Free food was not what I was looking for. Not to mention my party had already gotten their food and ate. Compassion and understanding the business missed up would have helped more. Then listening to the staff argue about where the order went and questioning me about why i didn't receive it? Made me not want it when we could clearly see it was given to the wrong person, and they had eaten it.

Jason’s Deli at Camp Creek has definitely declined. It’s odd the way they “ration” out their napkins. You have to keep asking for extra napkins. Next, the ice cream machine is like McDonald’s because it is hit or miss. I’m sitting with my family….. Luckily, one of my kids was able to get an ice cream cone. By the time me and my other child was ready to get an ice cream…they “ran out of supplies” to produce more ice cream. They also ran out of the corn muffins while I was there and never had the garlic toast, brown muffins or special crackers available to us. They had multiple baskets of Saltine crackers. I notified the manager on duty named Kerby and he just brushed it off like oh well. The salad bar has gotten mediocre and so has the service here. I won’t be back for a while but unfortunately this is the closed JD to me. I should have the attitude of “Oh well like their manager. I also overheard several customers complaining today. I don't recommend this place due to poor customer service. I had a bad experience with burnt Gumbo, and when I called, I was told it would be replaced next time I visited. However, upon arrival, they insisted it had to be on the same day, which was inconvenient. Additionally, they've recently coded the bathrooms which used to be open to the public for years. Overall, the unfriendliness and recent changes make it a disappointing experience, especially considering I used to visit this location frequently. Amanda, do better.

Excellent food, nice people, great family atmosphere. Took a voeyball team for lunch and the deli took cae of everything. Great job!Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.

Food is always tasty, and the restaurant is always clean.The baked potato is $10+ because they literally give you 2 potatoes. They're huge! Very filling with a side salad from the salad bar.

i, along with my coworkers order lunch from the Jason's Deli by our school all the time. However upon opening the box with my avocado toast, I was surprised to see this is what was given to me after paying almost 8 dollars. This was really a slap in the face. I was expecting it to be like the picture but this is ridiculous. There's more feta than anything, and the avocado is barely there. It looks like a knife was being cleaned on the bread instead of there being a spread. The location we ordered from was. Another coworker had the same meal and hers looks the same. I just think it is is pretty sad this is what we were given after spending almost $100 on a group order.

I was able to place an order online, and when I picked it up, it was ready in due time. All of my food came out fresh, and the quality was excellent. Every meal that my family consumed was delicious. I will be sure to dine again.

I came in and wasn’t greeted or helped until I asked. My food was pure trash! I had a panini and soup. The sandwich was thrown together haphazardly and wasn’t even toasted. Only half the sandwich had the toppings. Those toppings were quite sparse. The chicken wasn’t cooked fresh and tasted old, dry and flavorless. The black stuff on the bread looks like dirt from the grill. Soup was gross. I could have made a much better sandwich for far less money! This place is highly overrated! I was so disappointed, as I had wanted to try them for a long time.Vegetarian options: Salad bar, prepared salads, veggie sandwich options.
