I requested my preparer to put on gloves after handling cash at the register and she stated that her “manager” didn’t allow her to put on any. Stated that they don’t wear gloves although she went to get them. “Manager” asked what she was getting them for and told her she couldn’t wear gloves for scooping our Ice Cream. (There was no sign of the woman she was speaking to being a manager)

Staff was very understanding of every customers need. Even with a huge line out the door for 9pm on a Friday night. Can’t recommend the Gooey Butter Cake enough! Texas sheet cake was also great and was listed as Dairy Free!
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams offers an array of great-tasting flavors with a good rotation, ensuring something new with each visit. It was Valentines Day so what better way to end the night than with Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream. Such a warm place and quick service. We sampled multiple options. Might be on the repeat list.
Left the line today after watching a busy (not her fault) staff member lose a chunk of someone's scoop into another flavor and then go from flavor to flavor with the same scoop. I've got someone in my family with a peanut allergy, and we do our best to avoid flavors that are even located close to the peanutty ones. In this case, there is no telling what flavors have touched the others when staff members are this thinly spread. I don't think it's an allergen-friendly ice cream case, layout-wise, either. I may be wrong, but I witnessed too much to be willing to risk it. It's by no means the fault of Jeni's that we have an allergy in the family, but I was hoping in this day and age that more care would have been taken with the top allergen flavors.

The young lady that served us was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The young man, however, was unwilling to assist and suggested we Google items from their store that we had questions about. I’ve never been told to research food items from a store that the workers should be knowledgeable about. Aside from his rudeness, I had an enjoyable experience.

Sooo. I LOVE Jenis but this experience was not good. We (7 of us) waiting in line normal at around 10:30 tonight. The line was long and there were two employees (one with glasses and the order not) we were patient and started ordering… I ordered 2 scoops in a bowl. Usually they come with a little waffle piece and mine didn’t have one. So we asked and this is the response we got…”we don’t have time to make any, do you see how long the line is…is we made waffles no one would get served, do you even think!” she then proceed to the back and continued complaining loudly. We got our ice cream from the other server who was very lovely and apologized for her coworker,we went outside. The angry served then locked the door at 10:36pm and told customers outside they were closed. This server was very rude and uncalled for.

Only two staff working on a busy Saturday night we waited in line 20-30 min just to be told they were out of waffle cones and bowls mostly all the people that were there were for waffle cones and bowls you could’ve been courteous and let the people standing out in the cold you were out also moving very slow we can understand you’re busy but also it’s your job try not to show the attitude on your face. We will not be coming to this location anymore even though it’s closest to our house we’ve notice that this area has really gone down hill and now we have to travel for better service.
The ice cream is just delicious but this location needs some serious operational help. The staff is slow as molasses and the interior is just filthy.

Even in the cold elements I enjoy getting the Vegan Lemon Bar made out of shortbread crust & coconut cream. I'd love to see a plant based version of the Salted Caramel...one's tastebuds could only imagine. They do offer samples so you can decide on the perfect flavor. The store's layout stays in a tidy fashion amongst the natural light illuminating in. Customer service is always welcoming & friendly.

Normally don’t write reviews but you all have to know: Out of all locations, this is not the location you wanna be at. Been to all, and Ashford Lane is serving significantly less. If you haven’t done so, drive a few more mins to see was a real scoop/standard should look like! Delicious but simply not worth $6.25 for a miserable serving. My fiancé got less in his… stop ripping people off. This is our consistent experience here since it’s been open. Will be going to next closest Jeni’s.Tip: better off buying a pint or even go to Whole Foods for a pint, will end up paying less than two standards at this location.
