The workers here are amazing! I have been gifted with a gluten allergy, and they were so great about checking ingredients and washing scoopers! People who hate Jeni’s don’t love good ice cream. I may be dropping bank, but for good reason!

I’ve gone to this location dozens of times and haven’t had issues until the last two weeks. It appears to be the same person both times I’ve gone recently, and he was unable to scoop the Texas sheet cake ice cream into a cone without breaking it, or giving me half of a scoop that didn’t fill up the cone. Like I said, wasn’t an issue ever before until now and while Jeni’s is delicious it isn’t worth the price when your cone is shattered or they give you half a scoop of ice cream.

Not sure if it’s just this location but the portions are SO small. We paid $16 for 5 scoops, not worth it. Our family loves Jeni’s (usually go to the one in Avalon) and the flavors are pretty good but this was so disappointing. Wouldn’t come here again. Staff was nice tho!

Glad to have a Jenni’s location nearby! No, it isn’t “Queen of Cream” (as anyone that can read should clearly see). Jenni’s is pricey, but the outstanding quality is worth it.

This ice cream 100% takes an acquired taste ! It is authentic in that I have traveled many places and ALWAYS get ice cream. Never had I ever had a biscuits and peach flavor. For this I gave 4 stars however, it is more of a peach jam and I had hoped for actual peaches ? the biscuits add a salty vibe to the sweet. I'd say it's worth a try if you enjoy that however, there are multiple other flavor options that I'm sure are amazing !

Very creative flavors that you won't find anywhere else. Service is a little slow. There always seems to be a line and a significant wait time at this location on Ponce. I tried two of their most popular flavors and I thought they were just okay, nothing exceptional. If ice cream can be too sweet, then this is where to find it. The sugary sweetness strongly dominates everything else. I'm addicted to ice cream, but this is not really my cup of tea. The super premium name brands, e.g., Haagen Dazs, Ben and Jerry's, etc., are much better IMO and can be bought for less.
Delicious! We weren’t planning on stopping for ice cream, but we did anyways, we got to the window; and greeted very friendly! She recognized my shirt (spyxfamily) and made small talk. Got the Gooey Butter Cake, and was lucky we waited till we were in the car mostly on our way home, because we would’ve turned back to get pints. We even ended up going to the store, and getting more of the Gooey butter cake, plus some more flavors. If ever near, will come again.

I love jeni’s ice cream, and I always come by when I’m in Atlanta but this location has the laziest scoopers compared to the Krog st. Market location. Scoops are always extra small and sloppy looking.They need to start weight lifting and get stronger or something. We pay to much to get a toddler serving of ice cream. Then I waited at the window forever for someone to come and take my order. C’mon.

The Maple Syrup Pancake was absolutely amazing and I am definitely going to be back for these. I also got the Brambleberry Crisp and Peanut Butter Chocolate Flecks. I was surprised there was no seating but we went next door to insomnia and got cookies to compliment the ice cream which more than made up for it!
