This is the worst Jersey Mike’s location ever. The food quality was horrible. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s and by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. No flavor, too much cheese, and too much mayo. I had to throw my whole sandwich away it was that bad. And I also asked for steak and they gave me chicken. Would not recommend.

I've been here before and found the customer service generally lacking. I was in the area and thought I would give them another try. Online it says they close at 9:00 apparently they close at 8:38. Now, I can't even depend on them being open when they say they're going to be open. I believe this is the last time I waste my time with this Jersey Mike's. It's a shame. Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich place, but, unfortunately, I guess they'll let anyone own a Jersey Mike's.

Stood in the store for 5mins and no one even said hello or thanks for waiting. When I asked how much longer? They said they were busy with a catering order!! Um what about the customers standing in front of you? Wouldn't it be smart to have a team member designated for catering and one for physical customers? Nope. Everyone was doing the catering order. We were told it would be 15mins before they would take our order. We left! Great customer service ?

The lady in this photo. Greeted everyone white extremely nicely, and the black ppl were greeted rudely and I don’t appreciate it. We are all the same. Our money spend the same. She really has no right, space or room to treat anyone differently. Make everyone feel comfortable coming into the establishment. The young lady at the cash register asked a young black kid who walked in and waited for his mother “can I help you”. Like he was doing something wrong ? he was waiting on his mom to come in to order. JUST DO BETTER. as I ordered my food. She was mad because I asked of I can have my food grilled. Like girl do your job. Find somewhere else to work if you’re not happy with black ppl. Serve everyone properly like they are paying customers

I’m have visited this location a few times. The franchise was recommended by others. They have had issues with payments. While I understand it was a technology issue out of the staffs control the 3 or 4 times I have visited have missed the mark.

The manager Karina or however you spell it that worked 12/2/23 on evening shift has a very disgusting attitude and I’m pretty sure there are plenty of grateful people that would take her spot or show her how to display great customer service. If you hate your job, don’t come to work with that attitude for customers to deal with. Do better!

When I want a fresh sandwich and not too fancy or want a lot going on, I tend to come to this particular Jersey Mike's .
I like the company but this location is terrible especially in the evening hours. The employees are not focused. They talk right in front of you about the dumbest stuff and you have to repeat what you want over and over. Person at the counter is rude and doesn’t respect the customer. This is why the food doesn’t taste / come out the same way every time.

This was my first time at a Jersey Mikes and wanted to try it because so many others have raved about it. Well none of the workers spoke to me and then the lady finally stopped talking to another worker in Spanish and decided to acknowledge me. Also she was coughing ALOT. The location was not hard to find, the dad which was ok very pricy for just a sandwich. I would suggest to not go to this location.
