i have never been to a jersey miles before but my partner and I walked in 45 minutes before closing and Britney and Gabby were so welcoming and kind! My partner is gluten free bc he is intolerant and they really took the time to make sure to ask if he was gluten free etc! They not only had gluten free bread options but they also have gluten free cookies! they were so kind and i love that they cut the meat fresh! Ps i apologize is misspelled names but wanted to shout them out!

Worst sub sandwich place and I might have to put this beneath subway because I don't even like subway. I decided to come here to try a new sub place since I'm really fond of trying sandwiches and I got a free coupon from the t-mobile tuesday app, my coupon worked but I tried to apply the coupon for my mother and It didn't work for some whatever reason. Cashier looked like he was losing his patience with me as I was trying to fix the coupon so my mom eneded up paying for it anyway. The cashier with the dreads that pulled up on his skateboard to work had the worst lousy customer service, he gave me a look intended he was asking to get smacked in the face. I'm not rude but I really don't know why he was giving me a look as I went to get a drink from the drink dispenser. My mother asked for turkey on her sandwich but still somehow they found a way to screw up her order. We rarely eat ham in the family, my mom doesn't eat ham regardless, that was really careless on their part. Overall the whole setting was a bad experience for my eyes as well because I'm not sure why my eyes randomly and painfully started hurting, my guess was from the sense of the onions but that never happened anywhere but that place. The bread was stale and hard and the quality of the sandwich was worse than I expected. I'm sticking to firehouse. #rantover never coming here again. I want to give this a zero rating.Dietary restrictions: Wrong meat.

Ordered $315 food 16 foot longs and chips for our work crew. Manger called and was going to change 1/2 of the orderes to white bread instead of rosemary. He said he want to make sure that he had more rosemary bread for later in the day even though I ordered $315 in food and tips $25 Wanted to hold back Rosemary bread for orders not been received.. I let him know felt this was wrong but he didn't care. I did not have time to get food elsewhere. But since we are working in the area for next two weeks, we will not be returning here. I spent $2000 a month at different jersey Mike's feeding my crews and this is by far been my worst experience. Wow did not even get a thank you and had to request my receipt. Wish I could get my tip back.And they shorted me out of 16 bags of chips Will dispute on credit card. They are so bad

The two times I've been here, I ordered on the app or online and picked up the sandwiches, so I can't say too much about employee interactions. I pull up the app as I'm checking out at the grocery store, put in my order, and that gives me enough time to get my groceries to the car and make the short drive over since it's in the same plaza. The last time I was here, I walked in and didn't see my order on the mobile order shelf, and an employee asked me what the name for my order was and got my order wrapped up and came from behind the counter to hand it to me.I think this is the second time I've had their Mike's Famous Philly Cheesesteak...it just really hits the spot. I got it on the rosemary parm bread, chef's kisses! The bread is fluffy and there's a good amount of meat in the sandwich. The regular is $9.55 + tax, which I think is a great deal considering inflation.
