An hour and 50 minutes to get delivery for three people. Called the location five times to check on the delivery and no answer...it eventually just hung up. Ended up giving my sandwich away because I gave up on them and ate something else in the meantime.

Each time I emphatically state to the JM employees to not put Green Peppers on one of the sandwiches due to the allergic conditions of my wife. In the past this had never been a problem. You may now be wondering why I'm bringing my sandwich issues to the top of management at Jersey Mikes. However, it's due to my many years in business and a knowledge that "Franchise operations and attitudes," can only be correct at corporate headquarters.Upon receiving those sandwiches I asked, and was assured, there were no peppers on one sandwich as I had ordered. Once I arrived home it was obvious they were wrong.When I called back, the FIRST THING LeAnn did was lie about the sandwich and swore she verified the sandwiches herself. As far as she was concerned that was the end of the conversation.Within a half hour she called me to say she really could not verify the make up composition of the sandwiches and would be willing to give me a refund. I informed LeAnn I would accept the refund and I was glad she called me to resolve the issue before I took it to JERSEY Mikes Headquarters. At this point I was satisfied by her resolution.NOW........THIS IS THE MAIN REASON YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS EMAIL.LeAnn went on to inform me that although she would be doing a refund, since they are a FRANCHISE, Jersey Mikes could care less and would do absolutely nothing.THIS IS WHERE YOU SEPARATE A 75 y.o. Vietnam Combat Veteran with 50 years in major US businesses from a 25 y.o. YOUNG LADY.My sister is Board Chairman of one of America's largest franchised restaurants groups (and I'llLet you figure that out with my last name) and I fully understand (what LeAnn DOES NOT)."A FRANCHISE PROBLEM is a Corporate problem!"LeAnn informed me that she processed a refund on Thursday Oct 12th, so I'll believe her although today is Monday Oct 16th, and still not showing in my AMEX account.Regards,William EARL Lauderback, M. The attitude every time I come in here is atrocious. I never say anything because I hoped that it would change, plus I don’t want any issues with my food. When my boyfriend and I come in, it’s an instant attitude. We are African American. We noticed a stark difference in how people who are white are treated. It’s a friendly smile and accommodations. This is so sad to experience in 2023. We are residents of this area and our money is the same. We don’t order anything complicated and we are always pleasant with the staff in the midst of the treatment (because we know that it will be a bad reflection on us to behave in the same manner they have treated us). The only reason I still come here is because my pregnancy cravings call for it…but I have had enough. Writing this review while I am currently sitting in the store. I am disgusted and extremely disappointed.

According to the hours posted on the door. They close at 7pm on Sundays. However I walked in at 6:39 pm while the open sign is still flashing and was quickest told they they were closed. I guess he wanted to walk out the door and go home at 7.

Horrible service!!! I did not leave a tip because the employees had a nasty attitude plus, I don't believe fast food places should expect a tip in the first place. On top it off, when I checked out and clicked "no tip" the machine let out a "growling noise". The owner needs to pay his employees a fair wage, hire qualified people with a decent attitude AND not ask for tips for fast food. I am a good tipper for true service by polite but this is ridiculous.
