I love Jersey Mike's. Especially this location. Pat is always so cheerful and attentive. It's always clean inside. I always get great customer service that is genuine. They always get me in and out quick and with a smile! 11/10

dont come here ! if you dont believe me , go in and pay attention to when they cut your meat ! you will notice the meat shards very small flying into the vegetables its very obvious and disgusting the lettuce is covered in different meat chunks . i told her i see this and she caught an attitude with me ! all of them are bitter angry people the bald black dude yelled at me and asked if i wanted tuna bread!? you big doofus . the shorter black girl was the one cutting meat into the fresh vegetables (which aren't fresh at all due to cross contamination! also the last taller black girl was the one with the disrespectful attitude asked me " you want it or not " let me ask you something big lady you want a future at jersey mics ornot since this is your career choice and you suck at it !

The employees at this location obviously don’t like their job. They are extremely rude and not friendly. They don’t take care in making a sandwich because they throw it together and then wrap it in paper. I’m not sure we should have even called it a sandwich because most of the contents were outside the bread. Buyer beware! Pick another location if you want a good experience.

This is a good franchise. They sell really tasty subs that are quick and delicious.However, this location is among the worst I've been to. They're constantly closing the door, constantly out of the bread we like (relegating us to wheat bread more often than not) and the attitude of one of the workers here could be improved.We were chastised for liking the food one time. Another time, with 10 minutes left of business operation, she goes and locks the door to deter guests from making her work until the time prescribed on their door.Ultimately, while the food stays good, the lack of choices and inhospitable environment makes this a location we regret going to every time we crave it. There are other Jersey Mike's. We will survive.

They got both subs completely wrong in our takeout order.They wont pickup the phone to discuss it.Dont go here unless you want a sub with random ingredients. Apparently youre not getting what you order.Credit card chargeback incoming.

The woman making our sandwiches was INCREDIBLY rude and visibly agitated the entire time from the moment we walked in. At one point she literally rolled her eyes very obviously when my boyfriend made a simple request to add something to his sandwich and then at another point she slams the mustard back into the holder after using it.Seems from the reviews this is just how the staff is here. Will not be back to this location.
Great food … the people rushing and don’t verify what all you wanted on your food , horrible customer service . The cook was amazing the front staff unprofessional on their phones and just rude .. I will never come back to this location

Terrible service. They intentionally turn the phones off to prevent you from ordering. Walked in while calling their number and no phone was ringing in store. They said they turn off phones when it gets busy; I was the only customer in the store. If I owned this branch, I'd be livid if I knew this. Not a good branch. Find another near by or try Jimmy John's

The owner of this location is very Rude I asked for a pack of Mayo and he mumbles “that’s why we put it on the sandwich” what’s wrong with me asking for a pack of Mayo??? I’ve been going to this location for 3 years but never again after today and plus the food is a hit or miss. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Trying to eat keto is not the easiest when you are out and about and cannot always bring your lunch. Jersey mikes has a sub in a tub that is sooo good. I get the spicy Italian. I love it with onions and pickles and their spicy relish. Adding the oil and vinegar and a bit of mayo. It’s literally the entire sub without the bread. I tend to bring my own wraps that are low carb to eat with my sub in a tub. Or just eat it right out of the bowl. Easy and good. I used the online ordering app which made it very easy to order ahead so I could just run in and pick it up. Very easy and good…

I usually look at the reviews before I go in and order this time I didn't. I really wish I had. Went in the lady had a bad attitude from the beginning. The sandwich was sloppy and wrong. I wish I would've taken a picture of it.
