I would like to say thank you to Sierra/Ciara ( not sure of the spelling we spoke on the phone ) for the exceptional customer service! I made an order online, but I needed to make a correction. I spoke with her, told her what needed to be corrected. I just got my food and it’s perfect. I appreciate her taking the extra time to ensure my food was the way I wanted it! Shout out to the cook 10 out of 10!!And if anyone is wondering, I got the big kahuna with jalapeños added, and bacon added, and some mayo!!

I enjoy going in to this Jersey Mike's location. The staff is super friendly, the place is kept clean, and they always do their best to make sure your order is precisely the way that you'd like it. I never had a bad experience here and I will be a regular returning customer.

I had a bad experience, they didn’t understand my order, maybe because my beautiful Spanish accent, I got my order wrong, in this area there are so many Latino people it would be lovely if you hired a bilingual person for customer service
The Mgr. Daishaua was professional. I am a regular at this location. The last sub wasn't good. l came back the next day. The mgr. gave me another sub immediately with a smile.

I've visited rhis location several times as if late...always in a "hangry state" and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful. The sandwiches are tasty roo!I've tried several sandwiches, but today's favorite was the Mike's Chicken Philly just as it comes - no addt'l veggies. It was very tasty, I was almost sorry that I didn't order the giant size sandwich.I also love that they offer a few flavors from the Stubborn Soda brand, the Agave Vanilla Cream Soda is my absolute favorite. It's a nice change from the standard Pepsi & Coke varieties.I'm glad I decided to give them a try and think you should too!

The Jersey Mike’s location is excellent. The store is super clean. I was most impressed by the hospitality and quality of service. It took no time to have my sandwich made and all of the staff was incredibly friendly!
