Most talented chef I have ever encountered. Food is consistently fresh flavorful and made with love. 5 star Michelin if you ask me. I definitely plan on using Jikssa for future events. Food is top tier.

Great food! This was my first time trying Ethiopian food and it did not disappoint. I was a little nervous at first to try a new cuisine, but the man working (may have been the owner) was so nice and let me sample one of the dishes to make sure that it wasn't too spicy for me. Very flavorful dishes and a good portion size. The service was fast, the tables were clean, and I was glad to support local. Check this place out! Located in the Municipal Market - parking is validated up to one hour

The food is so good I went back twice in one week. It is located in the Sweet Auburn Market food court so not really its own sit down restaurant but there are always tables and the owner provides great service. Worth going to for sure.

Jikssa is among the most authentic and delicious Ethiopian food to be had. Mr. Jikssa himself a chef of 30+ years cooks and manages his friendly and warm shop in Atlanta’s Municipal Market.Jiksaa serves gourmet level homemade vegan Ethiopian food for a very affordable price.I will be coming back to Jikssa again and again. All star ratings all around!

I came here for a quick lunch, and everything was great. I asked the cook what was good, and she said "everything." She wasn't kidding. My friend and I each got 4 different dishes to eat with the Injera, and everything was so good. Out of the vegan entrees, you can't go wrong with any of the Wots. The marinated mushroom was also delicious

The vegan combo comes with 4 entrees so we ended up trying 8 hot entrees with injera by ordering two combos. The mushroom entree (ingudai tibs) was phenomenal as was the potato stew but my personal favorite was alicha miser wot. The lentil stew was so humble yet ridiculously flavorful and delicious. The cabbage carrot entree (gomen?) was also really tasty. Very healthy food. The injera was a bit more sour than what I've previously tasted but the lunch was a great one nevertheless.
