Came here for my first time and the customer service was great. The young handsome man in the du-rag was very polite and the food was delectable. Although they seemed to be a little short-staffed, he made it happen. 10/10 would come again.

The people who work in here are literally SLOW!!! They mess up my order every single time it never fails. And to the thick glasses wearing MF who lies like he’s the manager…I can’t wait til they fire you!

Delivered my food to wrong location and expected me to go walk to another building to pick it up. When I explained that I could not leave my building and pick order up, he hung up in my face. Had to call store multiple times for refund and I still have not received my refund yet.

Used the JJ website to make a delivery order for two meals for the office on Friday, 12/22/23 at 12:14 pm. Received a confirmation email. Never received food. Began calling at 1:30; called incessantly from 3 phones, and someone answered ONCE, didn't identify with store name. Asked if this was JJ's, and they said, "call back" and hung up. Called the listed number throughout Saturday, Sunday, and now Tuesday (Monday was Christmas) - no answer. Called another store; they are owned by a different franchise and had no information regarding the Luckie Street location. Will attempt to go by store before doing a charge-back on credit card. Ridiculously poor service and follow-up.

First time visiting, a guy came in with his bicycle, took my order, ordered the wrong sandwich and then left. I ordered turkey and got tuna. The young lady that made the tuna had to remake me a turkey. She had her young son there and she had to keep telling him to more or less stay out the way. Just was not a good customer service experience.

These guys are great. They do their best under the circumstances. Give them a break.

I came there for lunch just to find out that they were on “break” for 10 mins. But actually they were sitting outside of the restaurant smoking marijuan. When the 10 minute us was up they still had the door locked and refused to serve me.

Don’t order from unless you’re ok with a hour and a half wait for delivery! I call the store and they told me to call another number (they didn’t supply me another number) then hung up on me. The delivery person called me and said he has my order I said I don’t have a hour and half lunch break take it back and refund my money. I’m not going to hold my breath on getting refunded either.

Today during the lunch rush, the cashier apparently missed his customer service training sessions (all of them).... the other two staff members were very helpful, and I appreciate how apologetic they were for their cashier's ignorance. If he's there, we won't be patronizing. Bad service can ruin a good business!

The worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. The staff was overly rude. No professionalism what so ever. I promise you I’ll starve before I’ll go back here.

I'm livid! This location is 0.3 miles from where I'm located and I completed an order over a 1/2 hr before they closed. I ordered through the app and when 5:50pm came around and my order status was still "Received", then I just figured that it would automatically issue a refund. I checked the app at 6:15pm and lo and behold...The order status was still "received" but I had a new reward available so I checked the order history and it showed delivered and I WAS charged for the food that was never delivered. At exactly 6:27pm I called the location and a guy answered and I asked about why the order tracking only shows received but order history shows delivered and my order history shows delivered. It was a rhetorical question. I knew the answer. He then had the audacity to tell me that he didn't have any drivers. If that were true, then why accept the order in the first place? Why not reject the order or notify my when you knew you couldn't complete the order? He said that he could void the order and I asked when I should receive confirmation. Since I ordered through then there should be no reason why there isn't evidence of a refund. He said "I don't know how to do that" and informed me that his GM would be in the store in the morning. I'll certainly be making that call. If I had taken their food and given no money then I'd be guilty of theft. He took my money PLUS tip and I got no food. Now...what do you call that? After reading several of the other reviews, I'm inclined to believe that the people giving the worst reviews are correct.
