Rude! Terrible customer service and attitude. I ordered a combo on the app, and upon arrival, the lady proceeded to give me sub in bag and a bottle of coke. Having ordered a fountain drink with my combo, I asked if I could change the bottle for a fountain drink. She said “No changes”. I let her know I had ordered a fountain drink, and she says “Nope, show me”. I proceed to show her THE RECEIPT TAPED TO THE BAG. She snatched back the bottled drink, points to a stack of cups and says “Get your cup”. Smh - place should be shut down for retraining.

This is the second time I have ordered from this place. This is the second time I waited an HOUR to get my sub!!! Two strikes you're out! Not even going to try 3 strikes! On a good note the delivery man was very nice and the sub was great

This place used to be decent when the guys were running it, don’t know their names. There’s 3 women who don’t give a &$@! About staying open apparently. I asked them if they discontinued jalapeño chips since there’s never any at this location- she shrugged and didn’t say a word.

This Jimmy John's seriously needs to update their hours! They are never open! I ordered a sandwich via the app and when I got there they were closed. A few minutes later I got an email stating it was unable to process the order and that my payment was returned. This was at 4pm! Just update the hours to give customers the true times that we can place orders. Also, the app shouldn't allow you to place an order for a restaurant that is closed.

Called 4 bleeping times and didn’t answer the phone one time! Smh! Here for business and wanted to order for staff and they can’t even answer a phone. CLEARLY don’t have service standard! Do not visit, your money is spent better elsewhere.

Ordered delivery an hour ago. Still not here. Poor attitude when I called to check status. Things seem more busy than they are capable of handling. Have had good pick up experiences though.

This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. This location is always closing early. They never adhere to the times posted online. Today I went there at 2:43pm and the door was locked. After knocking on the door, the employee came to the door and said I am close, they let me close early because I’m getting my car fixed. This is the type of service I always receive at this location. I will not be returning.

Requested a roast beef with some mustard, and was given a piece of bread with a piece of cheese and two small pieces of meat. It was pretty pathetic.

First of all, it feels like you've walked inside a creepy and dark dungeon. Secondly, the employees there are a sorry excuse for service industry workers. They are loud, disrespectful, and a downright nuisance. You could not pay me to walk in there again. Shockingly, right next door is a coffee shop and it literally feels like a night and day difference. Shame on you, jimmy johns, for having no criteria for who passes as an employee to represent your company.

They decide to not open every other day or just at their discretion.

The service I received today was horrible. Cashier didn't have a care in the world. The two ladies making sandwiches forgot to make mine. (How this happened i have no idea. There was only 1 person in front of me and one behind me.) Then they started arguing about who was going to make it. They forgot to add the avocado i paid for and didn't cut the sandwich. All in all, it took about 15 minutes to make 1 #7 with Avocado.

JJ needs to hire more folks during peak hours. Two folks running around taking online orders, phone orders, dine in orders, cleaning up of tables, drink stations, making sandwiches. It was not freaky fast at all

Turning on another light or 2, so I wouldn't feel like I was in "The Sandwich Dungeon" wouldn't hurt my feelings. The customer service was friendly, given with zeal and potential, but overall was a bit lacking in the end. If we have a conversation about what I want on my sandwich and you fix the sandwich however you so choose, then what purpose does it serve for you to ask me what I want on my sandwich in the 1st place!? Otherwise, I can just come in, you can tell me how you're going to make the sandwich and then I can make a decision whether or not I wanna pay for MY sandwich to be prepared to YOUR liking. For example, when I say that I don't want mayo, then I DON'T want mayo (Thankfully, I'm not allergic or anything - I just didn't want any at the time) and when we have a conversation about Jimmy Mustard AND regular mustard, then NO mustard is NOT an option‼!
