I really wanted to like this place. First of all, customer service is awful. I was served two separate days by two different women- both seemed annoyed and rolled their eyes, etc. I’ve worked in a restaurant environment before….this is not how you treat customers! If you don’t like your job, go get a new one. I ordered a hot chocolate and spit it out when I took a sip. I thought someone had played a joke on me. It was milk mixed with salt. No chocolate, no syrup. It was so nasty. What is going on with this place?? Absolutely a reflection of management. Will not be returning.

Food great. Customer service was beyond rude. I tipped when prompted so I assumed id be eating in. My food was put in a bag and I was yelled at to get it. I didn't hear her the first time she called for it because I didn't think I was getting my food to go. Now I'm awkwardly eating in my car and wish I hadn't tipped.

This was a really cute little place. My smoothie tasted yummy and the staff was friendly. The only con was paying $10 for such a small beverage. I'd revisit again but wish the cups were a tiny bit bigger for the price.

Good food, but not worth it due to their overzealous parking enforcement. I went for lunch to Kale Me Crazy and returned to my car like this. I went into the counter and the staff remembered me but said it happens sometimes and their shouldn't be a fee just the sticker. It took me over an hour to get the sticker off.

With this specific location, they make their wraps skimpy and they consistently do not make their items like other locations. I'm a total fan of kale me krazy but not this one. Heaven forbid you ask for additional coconut shavings on your smoothie that wasn't filled to the top, or extra dressing on your dry kale salad! This location does not go the extra mile your lucky if your salad gets a fork with it!
