It never fails going to this Taco Bell. It can be a simple order. You're still gonna wait 15 to 20 minutes behind the red pole because they are being timed get your food. It's old it taste nasty. It tastes like it's been sitting out all day. The nachos are super super stale, horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE horrible food always a very, very, very bad experience every time I think of going to this place and it never fails. It's horrible. I don't understand how they're still open.

I was told it would be a 16minute wait minutes on Chicken, if I hadn't came for a friend, I would've left then. While waiting, I noticed two charges for large in which I had asked for or had been asked about. I arrived at 1033am and finally left at 1119.

I had the most horrific, disgusting, and distasteful customer experience at this KFC location! The young lady in the photo was speaking some type of slang language in the drive through while I was trying to order, so I had to drive around, she then called me broke, and began to laugh at me with her fellow co workers after she kept running my card numerous times, each time she ran the card, I was being charged. I then asked this young lady for her name and she said absolutely not! I have her on video laughing and being extremely belligerent, rude, and disrespectful! I called the next day and spoke to the manager Nicole, she told me there’s nothing I can do for you and hung up! I am still waiting for corporate to return my call! Please, do not waste your time eating at this location! This location doesn’t deserve your time and money. Think about it, if they hire managers and employees who act like this, imagine what they are doing to the food you order. They are a poor representation of KFC and it makes you wonder about the staffing at other locations as well.

I had a taste for some KFC everytime I go to a KFC I just remember why I don't go anymore the people are sorry the food are nasty the co-workers do not wash they hands and they giving away food had me waiting for 25 minutes I had to go to work because they want to walk around there and do nothing my food wasn't good at all I really regret going there I need my money back I work too hard for my and I don't have it like that I had to throw away three pieces of chicken my dog wouldn't even eat it ???

Man this is the most sorriest kfc ever my mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese must was cooked last week and the chicken must was cooked earlier this morning. I live in riverdale I was working over that way so when I got home and realized my food was nasty nasty I try to call to let them no there was no answer man I gave that bull to my dog at least he loved it
