I really enjoy going to this place. It's not close to where I live. However, it's worth the drive. The food is so amazing and the portions are phenomenal. This whole experience will change your life in a good way.

Fantastic food. Staff that's supposed to GREET you upon arrival is very RUDE. I've been there 4x, and it happens every time . Thankfully, everything else is enjoyable that my family continues to want to return. Prices are fair. They automatically put a tip on your bill if you're with a party of 5 or more, and still ask you for an additional Tip when you get your bill.

The 1st time here, we sat at the hibachi tables. This time, we sat in the dining room area. We had just as much fun in the dining room as we have at the hibachi side. Of course, you don't get the show, but the bartender came out and interacted with us. They also came out and sang happy birthday to someone in our party. The food is just as good as on the hibachi grill. The drinks were amazing!! The Hennessy Margarita was the best!! And it was actually faster, and there was no wait to be seated. Overall, we enjoyed everything. I took one star off because the tempura shrimp or vegetables were not very tasty or crispy. Also, the fried rice doesn't seem very "fried."Vegetarian options: You can choose almost everything without meat or eggs etc.Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options you can choose. Obviously, you have to get the steamed rice since soy has gluten. But there were many options.Parking: This is a busy parking lot, but there are a lot of spaces.Kid-friendliness: They were very kind to children. Made sure they were a part of the interactions and accommodated any seating needs.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and wide openings. You can be seated in the main area or at the hibachi tables.

My first time at Kobe for hibachi. The food was good, but the chef had the worst attitude for a man. He literally hit my daughter with the salt shaker and did not apologize. He told me to calm down, mistakes happen. Literally I could sue this establishment. The manager did nothing about it and the chef still did not apologize. He was the rudest person I have met. I will never return based on the service. He had the audacity to argue with me. Never again, and based on the reviews, this place needs a better attitude towards the patrons. My experience ruined the ambiance I was expecting, and will not recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

Food was ok but my chef was so much fun he made the night. He laughed, cracked jokes and interacted with everyone even kids. I would go back for the service alone.

Introduction:The hostess was nice, greeted us with a smile and she let us know we had about a 3-minute wait for the hibachi. She showed us to the waiting area and she seated us within the 3 minute time-frame she gave us.Welcome: Our waiter was very kind and friendly. They were both equally professional and always wore a smile.Ambiance:The restaurant was clean in the lobby/dining area. The lighting was dim. The hibachi area was brighter. It is always nice to sit at the hibachi table to see your food cooked right in front of you.Food:The hibachi chef was very nice and cooked with a smile. Everyone received soup and salad. As an appetizer I had vegetable dumplings. The taste was bland, but the sauce gave it a little more flavor. I ordered the salmon (forgot to ask if it was wild or farm), brown rice, and mixed vegetables. I received 2 pieces of salmon. The food was good but due to it being cooked in a considerable amount of oil my body had a negative effect shortly after eating it. My son ordered the same dinner I ordered. He liked it and had no issues from eating it. My daughter had steak and salmon she enjoyed her meal, and her main complaint was also the amount of oil used.Price:The food was worth the price and the portion sizes were more than satisfying. Will return:I will return when I am in Georgia again, but I will eat from the menu in the dining room area not the hibachi.Stars:Five, although I had the stomach issue the food was good. My children said their food was good, too.Tip:When dining at the hibachi table just keep in mind cooking on the open grill the food will be cooked in oil. If you do not consume oily foods often your stomach may have a negative effect.Experience: I had dinner with my daughter and son, and we all enjoyed our time dining at KOBE’s restaurant.Downside: I did not use the restroom. I always like to inspect the restroom even if I do not have to actually use it. How a bathroom looks can say a lot about a restaurant’s sanitary ethics. Oftentimes a ‘dirty bathroom indicates an unclean, disorganized kitchen”.

We had date night here on Saturday. I gave the guy my order, and then my husband ordered. My husband got his food, but mine never came. Something said to ask about my order because after my husband finished eating at this point, I was irritated. Guy only put in my husband's order. I was so pissed but tried my best to let it slide. He retook my order, which also had our appetizer on it smh. It didn't take a long time but so irritating nonetheless. We might go back but not in a hurry to. The portions are huge, btw. One meal can feed two people comfortably.Overall service could have been better and food and drinks were really delicious.

So I want to start off by saying I was having a good time up until the end. Paid my bill and was going to give them cash cause I never tip on my card due to past experiences and serves forging amounts. As my sister and I got up and was walking the server ran to us and told us we have to leave a tip. He stated “you need to tip me for my services, you have to sign this right now” not even knowing if we were going to give cash or not. This was so rude of him and he made us stay inside to re sign our receipt. He made it such a big deal you would have thought we tried to leave without paying. This was very unprofessional and embarrassing! This place does not have to worry about seeing me and my family anymore at all. Every time my family came from out of town I would bring them here! It hurt me so bad having to re sign that receipt and being forced to now leave a tip because I no longer wanted too! But he forced us ! And was talking to his coworkers in a their own language of course about us. This was so rude you really don’t treat people this way and you shouldn’t force them to do anything . What if I wanted to leave a bigger cash tip? Now because of how they acted by forcing me to leave a tip I didn’t even leave $4. I really used to love this place. Won’t be coming back!

We had my mom's (88 year old) and great nephew (3 year old) birthday party at this establishment a couple of days ago. It was on a Sunday at 3:30pm. We purposely picked a slower time for most businesses. Overall, the service was great and the food was good. This is why they deserved a 5 star. My big complaint was trying to reserve the one private room for the twenty of us. The policy to obtain the room is on a first come bases (got it/ don't like it), but it's the policy. This can be rather nerve-racking when planning. However, there was one small in stature woman that had a very rude attitude when discussing this matter a couple of weeks earlier. She explained that the room couldn't be reserve. But, if I wanted to reserve the room, as a favor to me, I would need to pay a deposit( betw $200-$300). Was she making this up? It wasn't written anywhere that I could verify. She further explained that if my party size was anything less than 20 people, I would be charge $100 to use the private room. I had visited this establishment twice-within a month and spoken about the room to other nicer employees, with no attitudes, and no one else had spoken to me so rudely with as many rules. And none of them ever mentioned the charges for the private room. At any rate, it all worked out. She wasn't there for our very special celebration. Thank God!! We did have 20 people and I stoped by 2 hours before hand to make them aware that we were arriving in 2 hours. And asked them to please prepare the room. When my 88 year old mom arrived with her cane, walking very carefully not too fall. I was so please to see that the room had been prepared. It would not have gone as smoothly or been as great if she was there. Thank you to the rest of the staff!!

This restaurant is amazing! A little pricey, but worth every single penny. They had the best crab rangoons I've ever had. 10/10 recommend. Rony was our wonderful waiter, he was very attentive and made us laugh. He put the cherry on top of our experience. I will definitely be coming back here!
