This five stars is for Boris specifically, he made our experience extraordinary! Boris is a REAL one, an ATL GEM. Where Boris goes we will follow. We stand by him. And this location would be in shambles without him, consider him a backbone, a hot pot legend. This location should invest in a cloning machine to have nothing but Boris' servers. If you aren't getting Boris as your server, you are missing out. Boris deserves the world.

Good place to eat a lot of food. Bit expensive for a regular visit meal but it's ayce. Have not had a bad meal yet. Food is fresh and keeps on coming. Choices are great. Really need to be able to only order hotpot by itself and not BBQ too, but temptation always gets better of us.

Staff was kind and friendly but the quality of meat for bbq has some issue. It was rough and hard to chew. it was not so great.

Save yourself the headache and go to iron age.I had the experience of going to this location last night and had one of the worst service experiences that I have ever encountered in an Atlanta establishment. On April 12, 2024 at 10:20 pm, I entered the establishment with my party of 3 expecting no issues as I have eaten here previously. Upon entering we were already met with side eyes and whispers as to whether we should even be seated. This is fair considering the kitchen closes at 11:30, but the hostess said we were “just in time,” and to follow the gentlemen to our tables. As we knew we were late we didn’t want waste any time so we promptly ordered all meats, drinks and vegetables as to get them to the table quickly before the kitchen did closed. Unfortunately, a multitude of things were missing from our order, but we chose to not to continue to ask after a second time. We spent around 30 minutes eating, before the waitress(unfortunately I don’t have her name) came back around to tell us that the kitchen closed in 20 minutes so if we wanted to eat anything else it was time to choose now. We got a couple more meats and in the process of choosing she turned our grill down( which we had turned up before because it was on 320 and our meats were not being cooked efficiently; I personally turned it up to 360 before her doing so). Causing us to wait even longer for meats to cook. 11:30 comes around and our waitress places our check on the table. My friend asks “Would we be able to cook our last meat on the table? it’s okay if not,” in response to this our waiter looked all of us in the eyes and simply walked away with the check in hand, essentially ignoring what she had said. We collectively watched her leave and wondered why she hadn’t given us an answer. Ten minutes later the manager walks up to us in a very accusatory manner, asking us about questions from the point at which had gotten in and up to that point. He asked and said think like- “So no one told you guys that you would have to leave at 11:30?” Our response, “We were told the kitchen closed at 11:30.”- “Well you guys have a lot of food on the table and we don’t do to go.” We never asked for anything of the sort.- “You all seem well manned so I am not going to say that you’re lying.” If we chose to address the situation differently would we still be lying?- “Well you’re the last ones in here to have this much we just need to make sure.” Saying this after the fact of asking to grill one meat and other patrons still sitting inside the restaurant at other tables. After this interrogation went on for about 5 minutes and my party having to defend ourselves we were eventually given the option to finish our last meat, which we refused because no one wants to essentially be guilted after eating food that they paid for. After this altercation, when receiving our checks we also happened to notice that a gratuity of 20% ($10 from each of us) was added to our bill. The restaurant policy states that this should only be applied to groups of 5+ and we only had 3 people in attendance. This restaurant has proven to have bad service, scamming mentalities and overall should reframe their standards on who they choose to hire. I will never be eating at this establishment again and will not be recommending this to other people in Atlanta. Go to iron age instead, at least at that location they allow you to eat the meal already in front of you.

I came here a month ago and did the combo of Kbbq & Hot Pot and did not have a great experience. Our server was new and didn’t seem to listen when I mentioned having an allergy. I’m not sure what I had, but something I ate was cross contaminated as I had an allergic reaction. Additionally, the quality of meat wasn’t good. The bulgogi was very stringy and our meat constantly burned despite our constant request for our server to turn down the grill leaving it inedible. I called the restaurant to also let them know this and was told I would receive a refund due to my negative experience, which I have still not received.
