Staff are extremely rude. I was pointed to a staff member by another staff member to ask one question and his answer was "customer service isn't open." In answer to my very simple question, no they do not have a tag machine.

This Kroger is located at the corner of Paces Mill and Cobb Parkway where Vinings meets the Cumberland area of the city. First things first about this location...the parking lot is atrocious. Not only is getting in and out of this place a pain, but the parking lot itself is cramped and has definitely been the seen of many fender-benders over the years! So, be careful and be alert in this lot! This Kroger is decent size, but has one the most whack layouts of any location I have ever visited. It is definitely an old footprint style Kroger, but even from the beginning the had this location all jacked up. In addition to the layout being odd, the store is not the cleanest. As an older store it should be of the utmost importance to keep the space as clean as possible so you aren't looking old and dirty, but they haven't mastered that here just yet. Plus you get disinterested employees, and this goes back to pre-pandemic, which has carried over to today. They didn't seem to care too much back then and they have definitely kept that same energy. Overall, not my favorite Kroger to visit. I used to live in this area and would pop over to Publix on more occasions than I would swing in here.

It's a huge Kroger with some decent prepared foods areas & a gas station. The parking lot here is insane, the store layout is also awful and they don't have everything you'd usually be looking for here which is odd because of how huge this Kroger is. You also can rarely find anyone to get help.

Always a bad experience. Long lines, apathetic staff, poor inventory. If it was every once in a while, I could deal with it. It's every single time though.

Worst customer service especially a young man at self checkout ...very rude not helpful at all why they put someone like him at front?? The company should teach proper customer service first before they start working!!!

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile. I don't know if Corporate even looks at these reviews? I am giving this a One Star because I try to avoid this Kroger's location at all costs. OK. Here we go: The store is dirty. They don't stock the shelves regularly. There are so many times I have seen rotting produce in the produce department. The meat department has questionable products as well. The cashiers have made so many errors on my orders that I stop everything to focus when they ring me up. I am always trying to raise the level of zombie customer service by being overly friendly but even that doesn't work. No "thank you'd", "have a nice day" ... nothing. One time I had a bagger stare at me, saying nothing when I greeted her. This store is night and day to Publix, which is a few miles away. I literally spend more money to get the Publix experience. Work on everything please. Literally basic cleanliness, removing spoiled food and simple customer service skills.

This Kroger sucks: it's everything the bad comments say and more. Floor is dirty in the bathroom, looks like it's NEVER been mopped! No paper towels in their either! None of the most basic stuff is stocked. Managers are all sitting around talking when they need to be restocking the store. Not coming back. Kroger, do better.

I love Kroger, but don't waste your time with THIS location. I made an online order and a good 8 items weren't "available" for whatever reason. I called the store the same day to see how long it would take for my money to be refunded.. the lady on the phone was unprofessional- laughing on the phone and couldn't provide me with an answer. Called back 2 days later and spoke to the manager who doesn't have a CLUE as to what she is doing and NEVER got back to me. So I had to call freaking CORPORATE just to get a f****** answer. If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service and this is the last time I will be going to this location.

went to grab something quick before work. look up the hours it said 6 a.m. got to the store stood outside till 6:20 am and no one would open the doors. when knocked we were told they're closed! thus store always disappoints. from sliced deli meat to even opening the doors. what's the sense of posting store hours if they're gonna do what they want anyways. saw about 7 workers walking around inside. all looked at the thre if us waiti g and ignored us. dont think I'll be coming back to this location

Worst Kroger ever! Never anyone that wants to help! They all stand around talking to each other and ignore customers. Dirty and unfriendly stuff. The manager in particular. She'e extremely rude and unprofessional. I kept going there because it was convenient. Enough is enough.

We live in VININGS and have spent a lot of money at this restaurant which ended today. Since the distancing, we have ordered takeout daily to support local businesses and it's just nice to get out of the house. Today we parked behind this restaurant because it was quiet, the sun was shining and we could have a nice meal out of the house. All of a sudden someone pulls up behind us and takes a picture of our license tag! We recognized the driver so we pull around and watch him go into Criispina with his dog. We get being safe but really, taking pics of EX CUSTOMERS!!!! I would assume what we did was much safer than having a dog in your restaurant and you and your employees going in without a mask. Sorry if supporting local businesses is an issue, we will most definitely no longer be supporting yours. We will BE SURE to share.

Qwantaysha is great. She's funny, friendly, and happy to talk when you check out! It was a nice change in pace to have a cashier be so friendly and talkative. She's awesome :)

This Kroger is much bigger than you would think from the outside. It's particularly useful because the Publix behind the OK Cafe is so small and traffic around Paces Ferry in the evenings is ridiculous. So unless you can afford Whole 365 for your full grocery needs (power to you) or can go to Costco when it's not insanely packed on weekends, you will find yourself at this Kroger or sitting in traffic all the way to Vinings/Smyrna. The organic section is smaller than you get in the suburbs but it's still decent enough. Fresh bread selection is small but likely best for all our beer guts. The meat selection is still way easier to manage than a Publix and the frozen food section is a disproportionately large part of this store. Prices again are still Atlanta rather than what you get an hour away, but cheaper than Publix, Whole Foods, or the Sprout father west. They aren't usually out of items either.
