The best tacos in Atlanta! Service is great and food couldn't get more authentic. Try the chorizo taco! Simply melts in your mouth.

Visit: 2022 "Came here for lunch one random weekday. The menu is much more expensive than I would expect. We ordered tacos though. I had..." (unfinished review) Review finished: 3/2024 Unfortunately I am attempting to finish this review in 2024, long after visiting this establishment so I do not recall my visit here besides giving it 4/5 stars. Regardless, in my very trusted book of ratings, I enjoyed this spot and the food was great! Despite the -1 star, I'll probs give it a try again one day and do a better job reviewing next time.

DO NOT ORDER from this place, whatever you do. In our case, they only delivered two meals -- after we ordered three and have the receipt to prove it. Calling the restaurant and explaining the matter was akin to trying to explain quantum physics to a chimpanzee. Yes, there was a language barrier, but it went well beyond that as both my wife and I speak Spanish, while listening to them attempt to blame the problem on Grubhub -- who delivered everything they were given. To add insult to injury, after they told us they would make good and deliver the third meal to correct what they f_cked up, they did not. Consequently, we had to dispute the charge after 3 1/2 hours from the time we ordered the original meal and received nothing, despite being told otherwise. The worst part of all of this is that we were loyal customers, ordering from this place on a regular basis. My point: it all went well, until it didn't -- and this is how they treated us after they screwed up absolutely everything, and then did it all over again, when supposedly trying to fix what they initially screwed up. All in all, it's too much of a cross to bear when there is better Hispanic food, that is far less salt, and can be had at a far better price, in the area.

It's was one of my favorite places for Mexican food. But it has become nothing compared to what the quality it was known before. And the prices!!!No amount of inflation can justify nor be A reason to explain such a hike in pricesIt quite crowded still.Maybe it was a weekend fluke.(When I visited)

Stopped in during a road trip for dinner on a Saturday around 6. We were greeted, informed we could sit wherever and given menus within about a minute. Communication was in Spanish, but the staff knew enough English that a non-speaker could get by. Our server was prompt, kind, and thorough. We all were in the mood for tacos and they were simple and perfect: meat, corn tortillas, piles of cilantro, onion, and radish. The place was busy, but never crowded. Would 100% come by again if in the area.

Who serves Jasmine rice at a Mexican restaurant? The carne asada was overcooked and the enchiladas were cold . Best thing I had was the horchata . Every menu item was 20 bucks even the soup and who doesn’t have arroz con pollo? No es basta para mi no fue bueno ?

The food is sooooo good here! It's real authentic Mexican tacos and full of meat! I've been twice already and about to order AGAIN! The service is fast and the employees were so kind and helpful! The ambiance takes you back to a cafe and very comfy! I'll definitely come here again and again & recommend to anyone in this side of town. I had the steak tacos and the prices are super reasonable!

The Caldo de res (beef soup) is always amazing! Steaming hot bowl with chunks of beef so tender, you can slice through them with a fork! Loaded with chunks of vegetables in a slightly spicy broth! Perfect for this time of year!!

It's always the unassuming places that blow you away. A hidden gem here on Buford Highway! We grabbed some barbacoa/chorizo/steak tacos, flautas, and beers. HIGHLY recommend!
