The service is very slow, took 25 - 35 minutes to get one plate of food. I think this restaurant needs more staff. Two people would be enough if the the work load wasn't so heavy for them.

This place is a joke. Went there only because the line at cava next street over was super long. I get in there and let the lady know it’s my first time she’s extremely rude (older black lady) then I get to the chicken and there was a measly 6 small pieces of chicken I asked her if there was more because I wanted double. She then hella rude says this is double LOL. That wouldn’t even be a single serving at cava or chipotle let alone double. I looked at her and was like you’re joking right and she’s like u either pay for that or not. I laughed told her to EAD n went to cava never again will I be back. Must be because I was white or something.

The food is good and flavorful. The portion size is very small for the price. They have two different sized rice scoops. A smaller sized scoop and a larger sized scoop. When you order online, the use the smaller sized scoop but when your order in store, they use the larger sized scoop. So you get a full bowl when you order in-store and a half filled bowl when you order online..This is very bad and disappointing!!!!!!

Food was delicious. However, they serve small portions and I ordered a drink which came in a small with a lot of ice. For the price that you pay, it's not great. Only recommend if you wanna pay basically 20$ for something that could probably be made at home for less.

Service was quick and attentive. Ingredients were fresh and various. Space was clean and efficiently setup. It was nice to be able to get a healthy meal quickly that offered some variety. Will return again for more meals!

I love how healthy and easy Maepole is although it can get pricey if you start adding literally anything at all to your order, it's worth it for a fast healthy meal. That being said today completely ruined my opinion of Maepole. I found a literal ROCK in my food . And I found it by biting it which really was painful on my teeth . It was either in my chicken or my Mac and cheese and it's a total bummer because I usually love this place but now I'm scared to eat it as I don't want to break my teeth on rocks or even worse swallow them .
I’m always thankful for vegan options in or near the city. It’s a plus when I can find a place that uses whole foods and not a bunch of processed junk food. I really appreciate that from Maepole! I wasn’t too impressed with the flavors of the individual items but over all, it was a good hearty, vegan meal. I Definitely left full but not necessarily satisfied as far as the flavors go. I mixed everything together hoping I would like it more that way but it was just hot and herby with the spicy avocado and roasted veggies. I might not have picked the right things to go together. I did like the marinade on the tofu.

I placed a to-go pickup order with a group, so I didn’t personally visit the store. Therefore my rating is purely on quality and accuracy of the food.I ordered the pork, with rice base, sides of broccoli and green beans. They messed up the order and have me quinoa instead. The flavor of the pork was good. The green beans a tad crunchyMy husband got the chicken with quinoa base (they gave him the rice), with Mac n cheese and the Hoppin John salad with kimchi. He said it tasted healthy.I’d say for a quick meal on the healthier side, this is a good option. Just wish they hadn’t mixed up our base - if it hadn’t been a to go order, we would have asked them to correct it.Vegetarian options: They have options without the meat proteins and I think I saw tofu on there.Dietary restrictions: They do offer selections that would fit for a variety of dietary restrictions
