First I ordered Togo and she said it would be ready in 20 I get there and she said we cook the Togo orders once you come inside to pay. Second the food was rushed and not cooked through at all. The lamb chops are a 2 out of 10. Will never come back here.

My entire dining experience was fantastic!! This was my first time at Mandolin Kitvhem and Shisha Bar. I went during the week and it wasn't crowded. We were able to get seated immediately. The food came quickly and it did not disappoint. I ordered the lamb chops with rice and vegetables. The food was well flavorful and cooked perfectly. If you want to try someplace new, give this restaurant a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

I love Mandolin! The service is always amazing and the atmosphere is fantastic! Took my family to Mandolin and they took care of them so well.The drinks are fantastic and I would highly recommend the Mandolin Burger and Shish Kabob.
A Turkish name restaurant with nothing Turkish in the menu super expensive dishes. Some thugs for valet trying to snatch you $20 for parking too when every corner it’s free and all the restaurants around offer free valet when costumer tips only at the end. What a trash of a place.Don’t bother going here it’s a total waste of money not to mention a trashy vibe. Save your money and go to a more decent place as in the area you will find much much better better places.

Service 100% I ordered the lamb kabobs hmm hmm hmm 10 out of 10. The rice suburb and buttery, the lamb seasoned to perfection and grilled perfectly. Burst with flavor! Absolutely delicious. Hookah was great!

Everything was great - the food the beef ribs and kebabs are amazing to try and enjoy. Would highly recommend it. The automatic 20% gratuity added to any check is what I didn't understand. While I understand that larger parties require that level gratuity.... but a party of two? Anyways would still go back again

This review deserves 0 stars. I hope this will help anyone wanting to visit to reconsider and same themselves an unnecessary waste of money.Our party of 5 Visited in Saturday 1/13/2024 in the evening and was immediately greeted with the 75$ minimum spend policy to sit in an area with televisions. Obviously, we declined and then got escorted to “regular” seating that did not have a minimum spend. We did not receive a proper greeting just a warning on pricing which was red flag number 1. Number 2 the valet situation is ridiculous with a $20.00 charge to park literally 2 steps from the door. The alternative was to park 2-3 blocks away and walk. Red flag 3 was we were not notified that the checks would not be split and our waitress specifically stated she would only split it evenly and not by what we ordered if we did not pay it all on one method of payment. That made no sense and it seemed to be a language barrier/misunderstanding so I requested another person or a manger to explain we can split it on our own by writing it down. The waitress immediately refused to get anyone else. Please note we only ordered drinks and one hookah with a party of 5 people. After repeated requests and back and forth, we let her know either you let us split it on the back of the receipt by what we ordered or you will not get our cards or any payment. Paying for things we did not order and sharing evenly split costs was completely unacceptable and should be FULLY communicated before guests sit and order. After the confusion and terrible service we refused to order food and left immediately. This was a mistake of a choice to visit and we will be sure to never recommend or return.
