I clearly asked for my pizza to be “cut in square” when it asked during the process of building my pizza. It was done incorrectly I guess they can’t follow simple directions. Then associate and “Izie” gave me a hard time going back and fourth with me on if I clicked cut in squares of not. Before calling his “manager” he stated on the line to advise him on what to do. He said “Ted” told him to remake the pizza. Izie still gave me a very hard time. As if I didn’t have to WAIT another long time spam at the restaurant for my order that should have been complete the first time. Horrible service!

I recently placed an order for 6 large pizzas for a kids' party through an online food delivery service. The online vendor processed the transaction but didn't deliver the pizzas. When I spoke to the manager, he had the pies made immediately. He personally delivered the food to our party venue, adding in complimentary orders of cheesy bread. Because of this, within about an hour of the party starting, we had our pizzas. He went above and beyond to make it right. I didn't think that customer service existed like this anymore but I am in awe of what I experienced here. Thank you!

Hardly any sauce or cheese on here…and if you’re going to cut it into this many pieces, make sure you actually cut all the way through. I only give you a 2 cause the crust was actually okay.

This is the most poorly organized restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. The food is great, but somehow they always manage to lose your order, or their machine taking orders goes down.I arrived at the time my confirmation said the pizza would be done, the worker said they were just starting it. I waited 20 minutes only to get another guy saying we missed your ticket and it will be another 12 minutes.This is the 3rd time I’ve had to sit in the lobby for 20+ minutes waiting on a to-go order. This will be the last time.

After waiting over an hour over estimated delivery time. I decided to call to check on it. I was waiting for someone to answer over 20 minutes but no one did. I drove up there (I had people over so this was very inconvenient for me to do this, that’s why I said delivery).While I was driving there I still was waiting for someone to answer the call, I walked into the store (still waiting on the phone) and the phones weren’t ringing in the store at all.I asked about my food and he looked at me and didn’t say anything and looked embarrassed because it was sitting there the whole time waiting for it to be picked up. And they over looked that it said ‘delivery’. I asked if it was even still warm, and he picked it up and said it’s kind of warm. He didn’t offer a refund, or to have it remade. He honestly barely talked!When I got home, evening was very cold..I tried to call the store again today and again they never answered.

Placed an order through the Marco's app at 6:21 pm for an estimated delivery of 7:15 pm, received text message notification that order would be processed through Door Dash. Received notification that delivery person completed the order and delivered to door. Order was not delivered, called delivery driver multiple times without answer, finally received call from driver and informed me that he had delivered to wrong address. It's 7:29 pm no pizza and when calling the office they said no one on staff is available to process the refund and would have to wait until tomorrow! This will be that last time I will order from this location for poor delivery service through Door Dash and no managerial support to process a refund!

Closed out my online order before I picked it up. Showed order confirmation email. Handed me a pizza that I didn't order. Returned the pizza and requested that I ordered. Again was given the wrong order. After waiting finally got my order. Staff unorganized. Over heard multiple people with incorrect orders. Continued decline in service and quality.

I ordered delivery on two separate occasions. Both times I received a call immediately after ordering saying they dont have any delivery drivers. The first time I get It, kinda. I just went to get it because I had the time. But Each time? Just dont offer delivery as an option. Now my options are rearrange my life to go pick it up last minute or wait however long for a refund. Just really inconvenient.

Super Ratchet. One of the workers was walking around with a bloody thumb, yelling at her child that she had with her and vaping …. She screamed “FML”because she was so frustrated with all the craziness she had going on.
