I don’t recommend this store.Actually from last 3 years I tried different locations of Marco’s pizza.Everytime i feel taste was very good.but I didn’t eat this kind of pizza from marco’s but this store pizza is too bad u can check the images as well..it’s too crunchy and base was very bad and cheese also not good..pls don’t go to this location

ShannonMarco pizza in the Hapeville store stucks my 8 year old and I vowed never to visit it again. The East point Store. Was the best. Hooray!! Send your team to Hapeville that staff should be put away.

This place is very unprofessional… I order my pizza at 7:50 and was suppose to be delivered at 8:24 never received the pizza so I call store because I placed my order online. I called store at 8:50 Manger and Employees where very rude stated they only had one driver and was on the way..store is literally 5 min away so I stated I would wait because manager said they were on the way…. Still haven’t came called the store back at 9:25 and Manager hung up on me… so I had to call the store back to request my refund… person on the phone stated I could not receive the refund because the driver was around the corner and hung up again. I called customer service to leave a voice mail because this is ridiculous no food and no refund who owns this Franchise and why do they have these types of employees working

Typically got to Marco’s 2-3 times a week and always received outstanding service and fresh food. I can count on Vic and Marvin to get me in and with plenty of time to enjoy my food and lunch break. Highly recommend place in the local East Point area for anyone who lives here or visiting.

So i recently went here an witnessed a couple arguing making the entire atmosphere much worse. The supervisor at the time simply asked them to leave. They left however they were still arguing right in front of the building. The supervisor then again asked them to leave. So instead of leaving the guy decided to swing at him.This man literally defended himself buy holding the guy. Today I found out that same supervisor was fired. JUST FOR DEFENDING HIMSELF. This establishment is horrific for doing something like this. The ethics of this company needs serious work.

Food is good but not consistently good. Once again I placed a order for a pizza online and this time I waited to leave the house when they said it was ready via email because of what happened last time. However after driving to the restaurant I’m still waiting despite it showing ready almost 20 minutes ago. I left a tip hoping that would make a difference but nope. Not to mention the employees were very unfriendly. It has been like this for some time now and we come here because it’s better pizza than the other places but I’m tired of paying more for awful experiences with this place.

The subs are good something i can said that's good. I order a large salad, I added ham, grill chicken for a large salad i only received one slice of ham that was cut up to make it look like it was a lot, the grill chicken i only received four small pieces. For $17 come on now.Marco u have to do better.
