My two other food items were good ordered a spud and soup. Service good. I did however order the nacho plate as an appetizer and not sure what this is or why it was $10?

The Memphian (turkey, roast beef, and ham) on a baguette and Turkey Club sandwiches were full of meat. The soups also were flavorful, hearty and rich. The peach lemonade is awesome.

first time at mcalisters. i always eat at the chipotle instead. what's crazy is i almost walked out bc i was so hungry i didn't want to experiment. but im thinking how can you mess up a sandwich really i got the most basic thing. the rachel in a wrap. i walked there and all the way home. open up my sandwich.... which was supposed to come with turkey. roast beef. i don't eat beef..... pissed is an understatement

Worst McAlisters experience we’ve ever had. We got the half soup, half sandwich meal and only received a quarter sandwich slice. The soup was so cool the cheese wouldn’t melt. Don’t waste your money here.

I visited the deli in Gravois Bluffs (Fenton, MO). my family and I were placing our order when the manager told the person ringing us out that they were running low on Pick 2 items. we were ordering spuds but were told our order was fine. The cashier even checked with her manager again and we were told our order was fine. The food came to the table with one less spud. We were told they ran out. I replayed the above scenario with the manager and she did not care. She never offered a credit, refund, gift card, or anything. She brought a side of Mac n cheese which is only worth $2.50! Spuds are much more expensive than that. Not to mention I was told at the counter that Mac n cheese did not qualify for the pick two. Also, I ordered soup and was brought a fork! What? As I'm telling the manager how upset I am, she walked away from me and I haven't seen her since! I even tipped almost $7 at the register. Our bill was close to $60 for three people! The manager's behavior is unacceptable! This location is 170 Gravois Bluffs Circle; phone is 636-680-5300.

I had an interview with a man and call back 2 weeks later for an update and a lady was very rude over the phone, telling me that she’s the only person who interview people, like I was lying about being interviewed. She didn’t even ask what day I came or anything about the interview she was very rude like I was lying about my interview. Maybe they should find some new leadership. That’s not how you approach people.

Poor customer service, not really busy but service was ridiculously slow! I waited abt 10-15 mins for a club sandwich and soup, my club sandwich came with no bacon when I asked for bacon they put “ONE” slice of bacon smdh!
