I've had a disappointing experience with this McDonald's location, as they seem to serve old food and maintain questionable hygiene standards among some employees. Specifically, I recently ordered two pies, and the apple pie I received was congealed and burnt, indicating a lack of proper food handling and storage practices. It appears that they don't follow proper timestamping procedures for their baked goods, as the pie I received was likely expired hours earlier. I strongly believe that this location should be replaced with a more reputable business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and food safety.

The best I can say is it is always the same food, but the service depends on who is working. Can be a good experience or frustrating as heck.

It's so dirty, they have food on the kitchen floor and they give you the wrong food. The health department should come see this location.

Two separate days I was here and tried to order food. Both times I was ignored when the order taking machine was giving confusing directions. Employees were playing with each other and ignoring long line of customers waiting. Infuriating experience. Never going back.

First off this is the first McDonald’s I’ve been to where everything was on point the food was freshly made everything was amazing if I could give a 10 star I would the best experience I have ever experienced at McDonald’s and I eat a lot of McDonald’s but this one is one of the best I’ve ever had. People sleep on this place and location!.

I would like to give a -1… the customer service is horrible! The worst I have experienced. I only eat here when I have no other option. I have had more bad experiences than good! If you ask for ketchup, there is attitude EVERY TIME!!! For a large fry 2 packets of ketchup and employee just walks away. The rudeness is out of control!!! Out of all the times I should have written a review due to disrespect and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE it was a must I do today!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

I went on a Friday, at 8pm. There were plenty of staff and everyone looked happy. I ordered 20 piece nuggets with no line and the cashier was nice. I had my food in about 3 minutes. Nothing bad to say honestly.

First off this place is inside a d**n hospital which is difficult to find, realize it’sa hospital, try to turn around,, and can’t so forget it right? Try to find parking and walk 10 minutes before you get to the location not to mention it’s behind 2 locked hospital doors inside the facility,,, and you do all that for Nasty, cold, old, most likely wrong order from TERRIBLE and rude nonchalant workers. Take this off @Google Maps; FIRE ALL THE EMPLOYEES, and honestly just put something else in there. On top of all that, a McDonald’s next to the postpartum ward is just disrespectful to the baby. Do better #ChikFilAHelpUs

At Northside Hospital, you can choose your own food adventure. Some McAdvice, don't sleep on Mickey D's. This is a small footprint restaurant inside a very busy hospital. If you are a first time parent like me, a chicken biscuit and egg McMuffin will satisfy the most pressing cravings especially for momma. I noticed there are a few different options to order, download the app and order ahead, use a large futuristic self service kiosk, or go old fashioned and walk up to the counter. I made a small mistake and forgot the hashbrowns so came back and ended up paying more overall, but if you get a value meal it'll work out better for price. The chicken biscuit was fluffy and warm. A bit on the higher sodium and calorie side but when your hungry, your hungry.Check out this location if you find yourself food deprived at Northside Hospital.

I am currently admitted in the high risk pregnancy unit. I got my quarter pounder this evening and found it was completely raw on the inside after finishing almost half of it. This is very unsafe and I’m baffled at how this can be served when most restaurants have timers on their meat. I will never eat at this location again.

People standing in the back talking, no one recognizes the guests, lines long, one of the managers walking around as a freaking turtle…really. People complaining about waiting 20 minutes or more for food.
