I ordered a ice mocha a small Hi-C orange a medium sweet tea lemonade ranch sauce honey mustard buffalo sauce was not in the bag a four-piece nugget Happy meal it was cold a McDouble meal it was cold and 13 cookies that was not in the bag I am highly upset I'll never ordered delivery from here again ever. Y'all need to get a new packer cause whoever it was didn't do their job right.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for over 20 years and today was my worst experience ever. Customer service was horrible. The man at the drive-through act like he was high on something let’s just be clear I couldn’t place my order at the Screen they told me I had to place my order at the window so as I was placing my order, he was looking crazy like I did something wrong. I should’ve known drive off then. and then, after the young lady brought my food to me after nine minutes, she was looking at me crazy too. They looked mad, unhappy, miserable. i’m big on customer service some things I can deal with and some things I can’t deal with and this is something that I can’t deal with I will never be back!!!!! They need a customer service class immediately

This is one of the worst McDonald's I'm Georgia, the laziest most unclean, unkempt fast food McDonald's. The staff are so lazy no one wants to take your oder at the counter including any manager which is insane. I've gotten lunch here several times to say they hardly change the cooking oil , the sodas are always flat and they need new management. Sometimes i oder my food with no pickles and onions and they mess it u every time.I'm coming from the airport around the corner to eat McDonald's simply because everywhere I've been has had excellent service. Not this one. 100%
