I still stand by LV being the best bartender. Service is always great from everyone. You don't need a reservation for the bar area and can order food from restaurant area. I love hotel burgers and this one doesn't disappoint.

Made to wait 45 minutes after ordering a drink. Then told they are not taking orders for being too busy in the main dining room over the bar. Terrible customer service with the gm that basically said sorry were busy if you made a reservation wed have let you order. Dont offer a bar menu then

I am staying in the hotel for 14 days. I went to the bar to have a drink. The bartender “Mark” told the other bartender “make sure they pay”, I actually had my credit card ready to pay. He said someone that I was with didn’t pay. It’s not my fault they didn’t get his credit card for his room. I actually needed to pay because my company is paying for the room but of course not for drinks, so I have to use my personal cc on drinks. He wasn’t even my bartender and acting so rude on me. You guys need to work better on your customers because your mistakes are not my business. And probably is a misunderstanding with their other guest.

This place is so underrated! Beautiful decor, it feels warm and inviting, the furniture is meticulously selected. You can tell a lot of care was taken decorating this place. It doesn't feel pretentious. A great place to have drinks.

The bar at this hotel and restaurant is exceptional. We challenged the bartender to make a desert cocktail when we came back to the bar from dinner. When we go back, she had an awesome custom cocktail (pictured here) for us. Very yummy. We nicknamed it Kenysha's CoronaKiller. Stop by and ask for it!
