Awful service and terrible pizza. Our pizza came out burned, it was like eating three day old pizza re-warmed in the oven. Waiter never even checked on us to refill drinks. Would never go back

It looks as though my review from a couple of weeks ago was removed for unknown reasons. My attempts to speak to a manager have been futile, as apparently nobody is there to speak to and they don't seem to return phone calls. My experience in March was not great. The host and bartender were both non-customer service friendly. They both seemed to hate their jobs with dour expressions. The host pointed me to the bar to place a to go order. The bartender basically said what do you want? I got a beer, and two appetizers that he said were good. I told him I was going to sit outside while waiting. He said I better remind him of my order because he would forget. I sat at a dirty table that never got cleaned in 15 mins. I enjoyed the puppy that was sitting next to me. I then went to the bar to pick up and remind the fun bartender about my order. He brought the order and did not include the itemized bill, which I asked for. He told me that he "gave me" extra bread because there is never enough. I later found that he charged me the $2 for the "gift" of extra bread, which of course I didn't ask for. I ordered the grilled artichokes which are not whole artichokes and are not grilled, though warm. They are the same that you find on the Whole Foods olive bar. The goat cheese was a dollop in a container of marinara... you could not see the cheese in the container. The food was ok, but not great for the prices. Also difficult to find via GPS. I won't be going back and wondering why there is no management that cares about their customers.

What happened? Did y'all get new management? All new servers? Sadly this place has changed from a favorite place we always take visitors to a backup plan if other places are full. Detroit style Sweet & Spicy pizza is still a fave but hard to find it worth the wait lately when the staff forgets you exist and what proper etiquette should be followed if you lose a ticket or forget to place the order. Hope y'all figure out how to fix whatever is going on. Miss the old version

Mmmm, the pizza is just okay. I prefer Jets Pizza for Detroit style pizzas. The waitress screwed up my order. I asked for a Detroit style pizza with pepperoni and some other toppings. They brought me a Detroit style pizza with everything I wanted but the pepperoni. When I told the waitress about this mistake, they brought out some cooked pepperoni for me to put on my own pizza. Lol, maybe I should be on the payroll if I am going to help make my own food. The cheesy bread was pretty good.

Had the meatball sub. It was okay, the reason for two stars was the horrible service. It took about 45 minutes after ordering to receive the food. She clearly forgot to put it in as we saw others after us receive their food and finish and leave. These people were served by another waitress When it came time for the check she forgot us again for ten minutes after requesting. She was chatting in the back with a coworker until we made eye contact and she very quickly got it then. The food was not good enough to overcome the horrible service, she checked in on us 3 times in total over the course of an hour, this includes taking our order and delivering the check.

You have to order through chow now, but does not work. Tried to call the restaurant and order pickup and the guy barked at me and told me have to do it online and hung up. Called back and he told me to wait thirty mins for the system to update. Said he would not take a phone order. Strange policy and rude person answering the phone. Food is great when I go to the restaurant but don’t need to be treated like that over the phone.

My friends and I came here on a beautiful Saturday for lunch. They were running out of seats that had shade but we luckily got one of the last tables. There's also plenty of indoor seating that seems to have good circulation as a back up option. We split their Wings rafi style with a side of ranch and buffalo sauce plus their 10" Sweet & Spicy Pizza. The wings were baked perfectly with a tender interior and slightly crisp exterior. I enjoyed having the sauces on the side for they retained their texture and each bite could be altered. For my first time having Detroit style pizza, I was instantly a fan! You get this thick soft crust that is nice and crunchy on the underside. I really liked how the sweet honey balanced the salty pepperoni. Overall, it was a perfect experience given the weather, location, food, and kind staff. Would love to come again and try more styles of their pizza and wings!

Food is good here but the customer service especially for pick up LITERALLY could not be worse. They never confirm the order in a timely manner and they literally always get it wrong. When you call? They can't hear you! I live right across the street, this has happened at least 4 times. Also, whenever they feel like it, they turn off online orders and pick up! Despite being open! Not sure why they would throw away money like that, Please hear this feedback and stop offering pick up if you're aren't going to provide great service.

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. The manager Chris is disgustingly rude. The host was rude as well. They are loosing local customers because they treat people like trash and have no customer service skills. NEVER again and I will make sure everyone in the neighborhood knows not to go there.

Service was terrible. Was my second time here and was looking forward to a a great experience. Host overlooked us and made us feel like our business was not welcomed.

Awful front of house. We stood waiting for 15 minutes with no attention, only to have the front of house come up and tell us they wouldn't seat 3 at a four top and took the next group of four instead, then told us it would be a 35 min wait for the next table. Just wanted pizza, your reviews aren't near impressive enough to deal with that right in the door. Will not plan to try again, no clue what the food is actually like but numerous people leaving seemed unimpressed. I'd recommend Antico, Varisanos, Fellini's, Varuna Napoli, Friiti, Planta, or, if desperate, any delivery that actually pays attention to you wanting to eat their food....

It’s good Detroit/sicilian style pizza, it’s on the smaller side but good. However I was disappointed with their goat cheese dish. It looks great in the pictures but once you dig into it, you find it’s just a thin layer of goat cheese laying on top of tomato sauce. We also had the meatballs with $2 of mozzarella added. They barely added cheese to the meatballs. Overall, it’s expensive for what it is and I don’t mind spending money on food. From the size of the pizza to the less than generous portion of goat cheese your money does not go a long way here.

Went here with my kid for an early Sunday dinner. We ordered 2 pizzas with no appetizers and no alcohol. Unfortunately, service was terrible. She did not come by to refill our water, never checked on our order. We ended up getting 1 pizza after 45 minutes and our kids pizza never arrived. Ended up giving her snacks for dinner. Don’t think we can make it out here again.
