Went in for pick up order the wait was longer than what app said so I ordered a drink at bar my son was hungry and his food was getting cold that he ordered from steak house next door he pulled out some fries to taste and the bar tender was so rude asking why did we bring the food in I spent extra money while waiting I was a paying customer the attitude she gave was dissatisfying and really disgusting she made my drink without speaking or eye contact then left and treated the other customers like they mattered the food was not worth the service I encountered and it was pretty goodVegetarian options: I had the veggie stir fry

Disappointed there is no hot tea, and our favorite signature dish is not available - honey walnut shrimp with melon balls.

It's a shame to see a chain known for excellent standards sink to this level. It had been around 20 years since my last P.F. Chang's meal when I visited the Tampa restaurant. I had high expectations. Other locations had served me food that compared well with the top restaurants in New York City. The Tampa location is run-down. It smells of old grease. When we were there, the staff had obnoxious dance music playing. There were almost no customers. We received pork dumplings that tasted rotten. I hadn't sent a dish back since about 1982, but I couldn't make myself pay $14 for 6 unusually small dumplings I was afraid to eat. I ordered an egg roll instead. It tasted as though it had been frozen for months. I took a few bites and quit.I ordered kung pao chicken. It was very dry, with little sauce. The chicken tasted funny, but I was very hungry, so I ate most of it. Not good. I shouldn't have risked it.My wife ordered Mongolian beef. She couldn't eat it. I tried it. It had a barnyard smell to it, somewhat like horse manure. We set it aside. Her fried rice lacked flavor. It needed salt, and although it looked brown, it tasted as though it had nearly no soy sauce in it.The cucumber salad that came with my entree was fine. The waiter tried to be helpful, but he was very slow considering the fact that the restaurant was empty. The manager comped $44 worth of food, meaning the dumplings and the beef. We should have rejected all of it and gone to Chick-fil-A or even McDonald's.Now I'm hoping we don't get sick. I am wondering whether the restaurant's refrigerators are working. The impression I get is that corporate has given up trying, and the staff is just waiting for this location to die.
