I walked across the airport to come here. I asked for orange chicken and chow mien. The hispanic lady with bangs working the cash register tried telling me they were out of it. I said so yall not making more? She said "you want to wait 10 minutes?" With an attitude. I said yes. As I'm waiting I noticed the orange chicken getting low. I asked if they could put some orange chicken aside so that when the chow mien was done we wouldn't have to wait longer. She again had an attitude and told me she couldn't hold food because I haven't ordered. I told her I told the lady down the line what my order was. She continued to tell me she couldn't hold food. I walked across the airport with my 7 year old daughter to come here. This woman's attitude was disgusting and she's lucky my daughter was with me because I really wanted to pull her across the counter by her bangs. Don't be mad at people because you have to work at panda express since you chose to do nothing with your life.

I did not receive same amount of portions as other guest then my food was thrown at me then the cashier threw a bag at me. Never gave anyone a reason to act like this. I said please and thank you with each worker. I was treated to rudely that other customers/guest notice and made comments. This looks very bad on the Panda Express brand.Also if you are never going to carry white or brown rice please take it off the menu. This location is a big disappointment

The first encounter I chalked up as maybe staff was just tired and overwhelmed with work, but on the 3rd and 4th encounter I pretty much figured it's the fact of my skin color. So if your white and like being treated with rudeness and skipped over, and looked down upon then this is the place for you. I'm very respectful very down to earth and I come from a melting pot of different cultured and the way u get treated here is just unacceptable. I'm thinking Georgia will never change unfortunately too much racism and the cycle just continues. When u wait patiently in a long line and see certain customers get talked to with dignity and kindness and u get skipped over then rudely treated every time u visit it really starts to shine a light on the real reality of what's going on here. Poor ethics and poor customer service I refuse to give my money to this establishment anymore. Management must be no different then the staff they hire maybe an upper above management needs to be alerted this is not ok in this day and age.

The chow mien noodles were chewy and dried out, the beef was chewy like beef jerky and the orange chicken was not great.All in all, it was less than mediocre and with all the choices nearby, I feel I chose wrong on this one.

They didn't have most of the items on the menu and the service is horrible. They mumble to themselves without being clear on what they have and what they don't.
I have been to Panda Express in different states and different airports. When you order a plate with 3 entrees, they r supposed to give you the third entree in a little box. Not here. She put all three on a plate. Small amount. They are cheating. The workers and cashier also have ugly attitude. They seem like they don't wanna work. Then they need to quit instead of destroying the name and standard of Panda Express!! Served Feb 5th , 24, 4:30 pm. Smh. Workers need to be disciplined.

Hey guys first review here welcome to my channel so I'd say the service quality is fine for an airport they got it done efficiently and they were well stocked. For food I got the mango kitchen and the beef broccoli and those noodles and white rice. I was skeptical for the beef but mmmmm it hitttt and then the mango chicken too like idk what they r doin back in that kitchen but it was delish so flavorful and then the rice was dry but I don't really care I love rice and the noodles were dry they need sauce but they're fine id still get them lowkey and the portions r very good only reason it don't get 5 is because nobody is perfect
