Every time I order from this location its a problem with my food. So I blame myself for not even checking my food before I left the building. But as unprofessional as they were I really just wanted to get Out of there. I definitely prayed over my food because everyone looked like they just left from out back smoking a carton of cigarettes or worst. When I called to let them know my order was wrong she said HOLD ON. when she returned she sarcastically told me bring it back and get my money back or a remake. Like I ever wanted to eat anything else from there. Usually I wouldn't even go back because mistakes happen but it's everytime I experience that location. Not only poor food but horrible customer care. Which has led me to not eat Papa John's the last 2 years. And start eating dominos which is always cooked to perfection. I meant its pizza. How hard could it be? Anyways I will not be eating there again. I wouldn't care if we were starving. We will find elsewhere. Hopefully, it maybe gets a change in management or ownership because the place definitely could use some sprucing up. Would not recommend.

This location deserves a negative 5 rating. Your order will consistently have one of these problems:1.Wrong or sparse toppings ( if you have multiple toppings you will not be able to tell. It's that bad).2. The store and the employees are filthy. They go back in forth from outside and handling their cell phones to making/boxing your pizza with no gloves on or hand washing. The waiting room is usually filthy. There is NO WAY IN HECK THEY HAVE A 92 HEALTH SCORE UNLESS RAY CHARLES WAS THE INSPECTOR.3.If you have a problem God help you because the "manager" sure will not. The chubby blonde "manager" in the front is rude and really needs to stay behind the glass window.It's a shame this cesspool of a store is allowed to operate in our neighborhood. It is a testament that this chain has NO RESPECT for our community. I would welcome an opportunity to speak to someone from their joke of a cooperate office. Lets stop giving them our money.

We (Collins Hill High School Band) had a Friday night football game at Westlake. The stadium ran out of food. I called Domino's to order 25 pizzas. They told me no without even thinking about it. I then called Papa Johns, and the lady said yes without question. Even asked me how fast I needed them. I said we are at your mercy. She said, "Oh, ok then, will40 minutes be ok. Yes, that works for me. So 80 band kids got fed because of them that night. THANK YOU PAPA JOHNS.
