Never had a more terrible pizza in my life. Spent close to $30 on two pizzas. On both, the cheese tasted weird, mealy and fake. The sauce was awful. My friend and I both only could eat a few slices before we gave up and threw it out, then both of us spent more time in the bathroom than we care to admit. I gave a couple bites to my dog and normally he can eat anything but he got sick, too. I ended up throwing out the rest, waisting money I don't have which is why I tried Papa Johns instead of something better. Better ingredients... nope. Never again.

Placed an order online for a few pizzas since my son wanted to try the stuffed crust joint ?. We had the pizzas delivered within an hour and one of them was wrong (the stuffed crust one). The others were spot on tho!!! Called the store and the manager on duty was an absolute pleasure to talk with. She immediately had the pizza remade and delivered to us. I cannot express how professional and nice she was. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was working 1/18/24 in the evening. I’ve never ordered from this Papa John’s before but I definitely will be a repeat customer just because of the service we were provided. Give that woman a raise!!!!

We brought our church college group from TN for a conference and had a large late night order 30 minutes before close and the manager was super about accommodating our needs with the order and delivery. Pizza was fresh and hot! Two days later I had to pick up the receipt, hoping someone would pick up the phone before hours so we could be on our way. She answered the phone and met us outside at our vehicle with the receipt! Awesome customer service!

I literally just got chased by 2 dogs and i tripped and dropped all of my food trying to go pick it up from the side of the street where your driver left it. My porch lights were bright and are on. My gate is open to my driveway, but the driver chose to leave it outside of a locked fence a ways down my property. I called and pleaded with him to please come deliver it to my door because I couldn't tell where he left the food from the picture i received.He said no because he is 15 minutes away and close to the store. He said they called me 6 times. He only called me once at 8:11.Tried to call manager and my phone died! I am infuriated, I was literally scared i was about to be mauled by the dogs. I want a refund and to file a complaint on the driver. I have never had anything like this happen to me before and i am a 5.0 female that used to drive for pizza hut!
I ordered a Papadia and it looked like they had put it in a blender when I picked it up. And it didn't have extra cheese like I requested.

Whatever changes were made at this location have worked, as they seemed to have really stepped up their game. The past few times we’ve ordered from here, delivery was super fast, drivers were friendly, and food was exactly as ordered.
