No one knows what’s going on here!!! Ordered door dash it got picked up never arrived called they said it was stolen. Said another dasher picking up dasher said got to store they said no clue no pizza to give.If I owned this store changes would be made!!! Come on managers!!!

I didn't receive the pizza I ordered, instead I got a pizza with thin crust, no sauce (I requested for bbq sauce), the crust/bread was hard like rubber and very chewy. Truthfully I'm not even sure what I got. First time ordering here and picking up here and I would NEVER return. Waste of money and time.

I came in at 5:13pm on New Year’s Day to pick up a doordash order. The cashier was nice but I have to note that she was coughing and didn’t even bother to cover her mouth or anything. Around food!!! That is extremely nasty and unsanitary, especially with everything being spread around the way it is. If y’all are going to hire nasty people at least make it mandatory for them to wear masks.

Ordered 20 pizzas for our school and scheduled it for a 12pm delivery time. The driver arrived an hour late with 3 pizzas. I called the store and asked about the order and they said it was all out for delivery. She then paused and asked if I could just come to the store and pick up the order. I asked about it being all out for delivery and she said that some of the order was out and the remaining was at the store. I explained that I’m a teacher and could not leave the students and that the students all specifically skipped lunch because they were excited for pizza that was not over an hour late. The food arrived and it was cold. Almost an 1.5 hrs late and it was cold. I called and complained and the best the manager could offer me was credit for 2 pizzas. Horrible place.
They donate to our nonprofit weekly so we can feed the community !!! Thank you !

If I could give zero stars I would Pizza taste like paper wasn’t edible they never answer the phone when you call district mgr number his attitude even worse what was the point of even reopening for the same lack of customer
