Came in at 6:12 pm to pick up a doordash order and it looked like it was only one staff member in which it took forever for her to tend to the front. It wasn’t until 4 people accumulated in the lobby that she finally asked me the name on the order. She said my order wasn’t ready and she had just put it in. We unassigned the order, y’all need to hire some more workers or something

Omfg I have been calling the 1800 number with no one returning my call. Here is my confirmation receipt below. My order was a total miss These WINGS were awful they were rubbery and cold like they had being sitting I didn’t take a picture of pizza and brownie because the kids devoured it but these wings please can someone contact me back about this situation please. I provided the confirmation receipt so you all can pull up my transaction in the system and can contact via email.

I work as a driver. I got a order that took me 20 minutes to drive to store. Got to the store and was told to cancel order. Then papa john's sends me two more orders for me. I call and have a dasher agent call . No body picks up. If you can't make order don't use outside drivers. No one wants to drive to the store for free. I've asked Drew that merchant block me from store. I hope this gets somebody attention. I'd like to get paid to drive. Not guess if the order will be ready.
