Horrible experience. Not sure what all was going on, but at one point the Manager started yelling, and it grew into very loud cussing. Once she started throwing the F word around, we just got up and left. I felt sorry for the employees. Very rough environment.

The food and service here used to be great but over the past year most of the pizzas I've gotten here have been severely undercooked to the point where the dough was still sticky and stretchy. I finally contacted them about this and was told "there's nothing I can do about that". So I guess this place only makes "bake at home" pizzas now.Previous Review:I ordered carryout on a Sunday night. Everything was on time and hot and I got incredible service from the nicest people I have ever met at a Papa John's. Love this place!

Tonight was my first time ordering from this location and it will be the last. I wouldn’t even call what I received a pizza, it was just bread cheese, sausage and pepperoni. Isn’t the pizza sauce the first ingredient added on the dough??? How was that step missed??? I also ordered the hot lemon pepper wings. I asked for the wings to be well done which was completely ignored and on top of that there was 1 line of wing sauce that only went across 3 of the wings.

Ordered a papadia and it was just hot sauce very little ingredients. Just sad when you can’t trust the ordering system!! Shack needs to remove his name from the franchise. Papa John’s is unsatisfactory!!!!!

My interactions with this Papa John's location have been consistently disappointing. I've given them two chances, and both times, they managed to mess up my delivery order.During the first incident, not only did they make a mistake with my order, but the person I spoke to on the phone was shockingly unprofessional. They even went so far as to ask if they could have a slice of my pizza – a bizarre and inappropriate request that should have raised red flags.Despite this negative encounter, I decided to give them another shot a year later. Unfortunately, history repeated itself, as they delivered someone else's order to me. When I tried to contact them to correct the mistake, there was no response.Even worse, my attempts to get a refund for the incorrect order went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided by this Papa John's franchise location. In summary, a god-awful experience that I won't be repeating.

Recently separated employee review, I NEVER started. I went on the interview and was hired same day. I accepted the offer letter within a few hours once I got home. After that I heard nothing from anyone for a week until I received some PizzAcademy emails. I reached out to the recruiter and she told me that the store manager would contact me when it's time to do them because they should give me my username to login. I never received this and now I've gotten a termination letter. I waited for days and got NO contact from the store. "Zero Contact" is meant for the pizza, not your onboarding process smh. I stopped ordering Papa Johns over the last few years literally because they take forever to deliver in my area and orders were always wrong. I thought I'd be able to make a difference by applying and helping them out but, they don't want to be better.

Food is good but this has been a terrible location for service for 3 years. Every time I give this location another chance for a simple carry out pizza, large pepperoni, it takes them like 90 minutes. They take forever to acknowledge you when you walk in the door. The Pizza Hut and Dominos 15 seconds down the road both ALWAYS have way better service, particularly the Dominos staff is very quick and friendly. The pizza still tastes good at this papa John's though. Just be prepared to waste an extra 30 minutes after they tell you it will be ready.

Ate a personal pan carry out order from here today and hours later, my stomach is in KNOTS. It’s the only thing out of my norm that I’ve eaten today and based on the previous reviews, the cleanliness of this location is probably the source of my stomach bug. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE PROJECTILE VOMIT FROM BOTH

Former employee here. Hate to say it but this place has hit rock bottom. Used to be good when the young Mexican manager was there, but after he moved up the ladder, this place has been rapidly going down hill. Where do I even start? Firstly, I blame this all on corporate or the management up top.There used to be females working the front counter and answering the phones. Now, management up top thought it was best to outsource the phone calls to some bad English Indian call center overseas. They did that so management in the stores can concentrate on the food and not get tied up answering the phone and taking orders over the phone. Problem is, management in the store now rarely answers the phone as they feel like they're not obligated to. That's why you have been calling the store for hours and no one ever picks up. Smh.Secondly, new management is lazy and rarely cleans up around the store. There was a homeless lady that actually set up her tent behind the store next to the dumpsters and management did absolutely nothing about it. Smh. Code enforcement had to come there and tell the homeless lady that she had to move her tent. Code enforcement also told the manager that he needed to clean up outside the store else they would fine him. Smh.Inside the store now is a mess. The dishes are beyond filthy. They think soaking dishes in soapy water, then dipping it in clean water and putting it up on the shelves, is washing dishes. Smh. If you ever seen the amount of left over food that remains in the supposed clean dishes, you'd scream. Lol. There is also one employee in particular who's extremely nasty. Let's just say, him and soap and water are not good friends. He does everything with his bare hands. Wash dishes, takes out the trash and even cooks the food and sticks his filthy hands all in the cheese and everything else. Beyond filthy. He made me actually stop eating at this place. Ridiculous. I told management about him several times, but whatever. They're too busy crunching numbers and try to squeeze an extra dollar out of every nook and cranny. If you care about your health, I'd pass on this location.

Placed an order with a drink to my Airbnb after traveling all day and never received it. Called to let someone know and the manager just hung up on me. Called again and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Finally called once more and they let me know they cancelled my order and I’ll get my money back within 7-10 business days. They did not give me the option to get it resent, nor did they inform me about the cancellation. I asked to get it delivered back to me and she said she’ll have it out in the next 30 minutes, and once more.. never received it. Zero stars

We ordered a Gluten Free pizza among additional items online for delivery and did not receive the pizza for our party. The store called us but we did not have our phone on us at the time. This is the 2nd year in row that we have ordered for a party and the don’t have the the Gluten Free pizza. Please just removed this item from your site if you don’t carry this specific crust. It’s really that easy!

This store is completely filthy. You’d hate to see what this store looks like after closing. Food laid out everywhere and the sinks stink so bad. Even the CLEAN dishes stink. Literally made me sick
