Do not waste your time. All of my recent orders have been late or no show. Upon follow up, the store tells me that there are 250, 300, whatever pizza orders ahead of mine. Then the guy actually tells me, that they cant help it that the order is taken by someone in India. PJ's is falling apart. On top of this, the guy hung up on me. Roswell Road location is a DISASTER.

The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.

I ordered my pizza and tracked it only to have the tracking timeframe move from 5-15 more min from the original timeframe. Then as I’m tracking I’m outside the hotel waiting and NO pizza/deliveries! But my tracking says Delivered! Then I call only to be told I will get a full refund and nothing!! Now the place is closed!!

Condiment offerings with purchase order is well appreciated.
This place is incapable of cutting a pizza in squares no matter how many times I order and specify. Their reccomendation is to order and then call, but wait, there is no way to get a hold of them because PJ Corporate has installed a call center line. Totally incompetent. Move HQ back to Louisville and bring back John S. He knew how to be customer focused.

Stay far away from this store. Employees are trash. They didn’t deliver my order that I paid for, cussed me out on phone, said it’s not there problem, then hung up the phone on me.
