Pizza came burnt, not in the amount of slices told on website, and tasted stale and dry. I called and spoke with lady who answered phone at 7:16 PM EST 1/14/2024. She did not apologize or address concerns. She abruptly offered a refund and then hung up. I will be checking to make certain this refund goes through as no confirmation was provided. Very unprofessional place of business. Will not be returning. Do better.

I ordered through ubereats so I didn't want to complain through them and get the delivery driver in trouble cause it wasn't her fault. They gave me the completely wrong pizza even though my actual pizza order was printed out on the box. I paid extra for stuffed crust ranch based pizza. I got a plain pizza (NO stuff crust) with red sauce and pepperoni on half of the pizza. That was really frustrating

Two medium pizzas came out burnt after the employee said that she was going to burn them. Completely Dishonest hostile staff. Horrible Service. Papa Johns has special ingredients inside of their dough for the freshness of their pizza. If you order take out and pick up your pizza it should come out perfect. but that was not the case at this location they retaliated after being caught in action after intentionally burning my pizza the girl called the police because I didn't agree with their behavior so instead of her as a manager handling her staff she decided to have her employee that took my order call the police. he not only ga e them a false statement but this is civil and your staff clearly was doing their best to provoked me while being aggressive but felt the need to call the police that was weird the guy lied to the police completely giving a false police report I didn't interrupt when it was my time to speak I spoke Shout out to the officer chewing gum while handling business but anyway. I didn't break the law so clearly the call was a completely smoke Job to avoid them taking accountability for planned burnt pizza. Its clear that a lot of employees behave this way because the organization is really unaware of their behavior because they are great at teaming up to cover up each others mistakes because it's coming from management. I hope that the company doesn't go down because of their horrible employees managing their companies. Because I spend money at Papa John's because of the brand and meeting the CEO knowing their desire to serve an excellent pizza so something isn't adding up. I have never ever ever had an issue with the company and this happen in Buckhead Atlanta 2900 Peachtree Road. I am in complete shock that this would take place. Thank you to the Guy who stepped forward on my behalf and asked the manager to do the right thing. Because he witnessed the entire behavior of the staff including mine. And they have audio Camera. Have a wonderful day please check the cameras and hear the audio to find the truth. Thank you so much.

I ordered online and even though I got my food it was kind of cold. They also didn’t add the Zesty sauce I ordered and put honey mustard sauce in its place. Also they need to make sure that if using door dash or Uber to deliver on their behalf that the delivery person is provided with the right address. My driver had to call me to get to my house and had been routed to another location first.

Ordered a medium pizza & cheesesticks for delivery. Delivery was 30 mins past scheduled time (they sent a 50% discount code by email) but the wait wasnt even the issue. The pizza was horrrible. Only ordered pepperoni, mushrooms & jalapeno, there were no jalapeno. The pizza barely had cheese or sauce on it & didnt taste fresh at all.

If you want to order carry out you have to do it from online. You can’t order when walking into store so if you don’t have a phone/charger and want to order a pizza go else where. I don’t know any food place that rejects money but when ordering online was only quoted 5 min wait for food. Seems like they must be understaffed or lazy. If this is upper management idea then they need to be let go. They also forgot my sauce on my order. It’s literally called bbq papadilla how do you forget. Then they had an attitude about giving me sauces to add that should have been there, no apology or anything.

Came here for a stuffed crust pizza. The person who took my order was helpful. However, the pizza was prepared poorly. The toppings weren't evenly distributed and the pizza was barely sliced. I wont be back to this location.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2. I had to call the location, and Zach was rude and hung up the call. I was not rude at any moment. He recognized their mistake. I received the 3rd pizza an hour later, and it was not what it was paid for.

Young man at register was nice, polite, and helpful.The pie wasn't beautiful but is was tasty; so I'll order from here again.Yes, I'd prefer a pizza with evenly spaced pepperoni and other toppings but I can always rearrange later.I don't know why this franchise doesn't mandate preparation techniques?The ingredients are decent they (staff) just need a reason to present them better. That starts at the top with management and training.This could be the 'little pizza shop that could... ' if they wanted.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times. I’ve asked for extra tomato sauce every single time. They never put extra it on my pizza. The pizza is so dry every single time. I thought it would be different tonight. Nope. My pizza was dry as hell. At least the wings were good. That’s why I gave them an extra star.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.Second time ordering from this location and having them get my order wrong. They delivered the wrong pizza and their options for me were cancel the order and have no dinner or they could rush a replacement. I made the mistake of choosing the replacement. I was told the replacement would arrive in less time than the normal. It took longer than the original order. When I called again I was told my only options were to again cancel the order and have no food after almost 2 hours of waiting or get 20% off my next order. I well never order from here again.
