I am in town for a 15 day pilot training class. I’m staying at a nearby hotel and found this place on my drive back . Ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and spring rolls. The food was excellent, and the Saison beer was incredible. But I am more impressed with the service I received while seated at the bar. A+++++++++. Great job!! Will definitely dine here a few more times while in town.

Food was really good, like really good, but the atmosphere when picking up our order wasn’t. As someone with nearly 10 years of food service experience, if my manager ever talked to me in front of customers the way the person I assume was managing was talking to the staff in there, I would quit. Run your restaurant however you want, but it’s extremely unprofessional to talk to, or about, your staff the way you and the other staff member did in front of customers that had never been to the restaurant. No matter the situation handle your business when customers aren’t around or directly behind you. My opinion could mean nothing to you, but I’m only leaving this review because it almost turned us away, I just personally think you should handle things with a little more discretion.

This hidden gem of a Thai restaurant is one of the BEST in the Atlanta area. Everything is equally exquisite and casual yet the flavors of food are off the hook! Don’t tell too many friends because I like having my own private table when I’m in ATL ??

We held a group dinner for our chapter attending #NSBE50 and had a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent. We had a great separate space and the staff and management were warm and welcoming. Our group was ~40. Highly recommended.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Owner was very very rude to his staff of all women , yelled at them in a disrespectful manner in front of customers and honestly the staff was very kind and polite. No one deserves to be talked to like that. A young lady (customer ) did attempt to speak to the manager about this and he ignored her and would not speak with her. Me and a couple other customers watched this happen.

The food is great - great selection for everyone depending on your dietary needs and preferences. I've only been for lunch, but the service always seems slow and lacking attention to patrons. Overall, I'd recommend for the food along - just don't be in a hurry if you go.

If you love food, run here! It was my first time here and it did not disappoint! I ordered the 3 Flavor Stir Fry with rice! Packed with sweet and spicy flavor! I also had the Lychee cocktail and it was a wonderful rainbow in my mouth! Alexia and Mykayla were wonderful servers (ask for them!) and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. And nothing short of amazing was Joe Bambino, the head chef, who came over and asked about the Fried Banana dessert that he so gracious made for us right as the kitchen was closing. This is my new favorite Thai place! Thank you guys for being such a wonderful addition to the community!

I love Paper Plane!! We are regulars and it's always so nice to come in and get the SAME quality service and food each time we visit. We typically sit at the bar and get service from Marcus who is always on point with customer service. But this time, my friends and I got a table and we were waited on by Taylor. She was so attentive, friendly, and efficient. Taylor made sure our experience was pleasurable and we really appreciated her service. Kudos to Paper Plane and their staff!

I visited alone last night for the first time. The manager was very friendly and welcoming I even called him my twin lol as we had matching glasses. Marcus was an excellent bartender and server. My drink was delicious and my pineapple fried rice with shrimp was chef’s kiss. Thank you Paper Plan, I will definitely be back.
