Was very excited because we love Cuban food. Both our meals were NOT good at all. The server clearly didn’t want to be much of a help, and I know it’s rough working in an airport but at least pretend you’re not miserable? I didn’t eat half my sandwich and no one asked if something was wrong w it. The table was dirty. And my husband got a martini because, well that’s what he likes, it was NOT GOOD AND IT WAS $18…

Airport restaurants are typically mediocre at best, and definitely overpriced as a rule. Notwithstanding, my hubby and I had a most unique, outstanding experience at Papi’s in Terminal T at Atlanta’s Hartfield Jackson airport. The restaurant and its servers were friendly, no, actually, downright fantastic! We felt like we were with family and friends the moment we sat at the bar. The music over the speakers was varied and energetic, with Cory, our bartender, engaging in impromptu Karaoke with fun patrons. Our server, Patrice, was very pleasant, attentive and engaging. The manager, Chuck, kept the repartee between patrons and staff, humorous and entertaining. To top it off, our food selections, my hubby’s spicy shredded chicken wrap, and my spicy shrimp wrap both served with fries, were excellent and reasonably priced. The beers were served in our choice of 32 ounce mugs, cold and fresh. I never thought I’d be upset that a flight of mine WASN’T delayed, but there I was, wishing I could’ve enjoyed the Papi’s experience longer. I never thought I’d ever write a positive review for an airport restaurant, but, how could I not for such a wonderful place! If you’re ever in Atlanta’s Terminal T, don’t miss Papi’s… you won’t regret it!

Scam checkout system. Automatically adds tip to bill regardless of what you put at the self checkout... not one recipe here is authentic cuban style

Really not impressed. What I ordered wasn’t Cuban nor was it anything other than BLAND traditional scrambled eggs with bacon wrap. I’m not sure why this place was listed as an ATL airport restaurant of meaning. Save your money and avoid it – move onto the next.

Super dry jerk chicken, weak jerk sauce, bland beans and rice. Mojito for $14? They charge a dollar for a plastic glass of WATER? The saving grace is that the pork Cuban sandwich is HUGE (perfect for two people for lunch), moist, and tasty.

Credit card was charged extra for a tip without my consent after I left.. food is alright.

I was killing time and hungry on a layover. Not much in T Terminal but the usual fast food. I took a chance and it was decent- all of the airline workers eat here, and I see why. It’s filling and you get decent portion. It’s a bit overpriced like anything else at airport. I ordered a 1/4 chicken and appears Cuban math must be wrong ? I got a chicken leg not a 1/4 came with - rice and plantains for $17.99. Still worth it for real cooked food

Stopped here for supper on a layover at ATL— was a great choice! Excellent food, fast service even when they were fairly busy. Wait staff refilled drinks without being asked. Will definitely stop again next time through!

This place was a total rip off. The sandwich is $15, but came soggy and flavorless. Comes with a side, which ended up being THREE fries lmao. Don’t bother wasting money here.

Big portions of ropa vieja, about two whole fried plantains (Madurai), and two cups of yellow rice. Price are standard for the airport it you could probably feed two people. They really need an “order here” sign and more people to clean the tables tho.

Papi's reports their hamburger is 10 oz. The only way it is any more than 6 oz is if it started out with 4 oz of fat that cooked out. Burger was well prepared. Nice to have broccoli as a side and it was cooked properly, but there was no seasoning. (OK, I can always add my own salt.) Servers were neither good nor bad in attitude, but, of course, did not bring a side plate as we requested at the time of ordering. Wizzed by later saying he'd bring our side plate, but never did.

Got a Cuban sandwich with tostones. As a Cuban person that grew up in south Florida, I found this sandwich to be overwhelmingly oily. Besides that it was good but it was hard to get over how greasy it was.

Thanks for the half of slice of Swiss cheese. For $15 a sandwich, do better. Never again. One slice of ham too. You do realize people will quit paying for this, right?
