The barista Kevin makes great espresso and matcha drinks. Free wifi and plenty of comfortable seating next to coffee bar.

The dirty chai latter was so good! It was hard to find the space. It is located in the Prominence tower which is right across from the opened retails area. Don’t walk toward the Element Hotel Building fyi.
