Great place to sit outside or inside! Coffee is amazing, had a delicious iced vanilla oat latte and the breakfast sandwiches are a perfect morning meal. The shop is super cute and they have so much merch.

It's not a wide area, more for coming and going. There's more parking in the back. It's locally owned, so do check it out!

Cute place to work/study! I got a really yummy wrap with hashbrowns and bacon and also ended up getting two coffees. I ordered their most popular drink and also a seasonal drink that was a coconut-rum flavor and that was my favorite out of the two. They also give out really cute stickers for free and have a very colorful and lively interior. Will definitely be coming back here!

I come here from time to time- the level of professionalism is so bad. No one needs a miracle- just someone to show some awareness that they are at work and that people come there to get coffee. Apparently that’s too much to ask.A fire chief came in from across the street to get her coffee. She was polite but it was clear she was in a hurry- you know fire stuff…the guy at the register was nice enough- but the two baristas who were making the fire-woman’s coffee did not pause in any way when she went down to the end where they were. They were talking about all their school related grievances- in fact that was all any of us in there could hear- but it bothered me that the woman waiting for her coffee literally had to interrupt them to ask for her coffee because they were moving so slow. And then they were rude to her- and the woman was visibly upset- but they were too busy to notice. It’s great that young people have jobs and that they have supportive coworkers- but a coffee shop where people are all quietly hanging out, and the staff are the ones bothering everyone with their problems- and not being kind or asking a customer about their day- and just ignoring all social cues…it’s too much. And then when the coffee was made, they all are on their phones. still bitching. Ugh.Also, they have only yellow packet sweetener, no sugar, no stevia- it’s weird.Super cute place, it’s unfortunate. Won’t be coming back. I don’t like seeing people be rude to others

Most small quirky coffee shops aren’t all that and overpriced but this place is actually good and actually has original latte flavors:) and the employees were cool welcoming baristas and not weird stuck up baristas

Ordered the coquitto latte. It was sooo good. This coffee shop has a cute little quirky atmosphere. Not a lot of seating room so I wouldn't suggest this for working vibes but this location is great for grab-and-go coffee as you're walking around the neighborhood. I believe some of the other locations have more seating. There was some street parking but I parked (illegally) in the lot across and was able to run in and out since it wasn't too busy. While walking I saw some other shops that validate parking so could try that.

Fun merch. Great coffee. Solid service. I'm in here every week or two and try to put it on my path when I can. I probably own 8 or 10 coffee makers myself and I'm all about really good coffee. This place gets it right. I drink espresso shots. That means that there's no milk or mocha or anything like that to cover up the flavor of the coffee. These people serve those creamy little shots that are smooth and consistent. Typically, they have a couple of different varieties to choose from. My one complaint is the missing selection of gluten free snacks. It's a progressive area and it seems like an obvious choice. They do have some granola but it contains nuts, Hey, but there are dog treats on the counter! It has a cute little seating area both inside and on the sidewalk. Virginia Highlands is a great little neighborhood for sidewalk coffee. They have a bunch of fun merchandise. From hats to thermos bottles and cups. It's all in cute 60s kitchy colors and quality brands like Miir.

Love it here! I'm always on the lookout for good coffee shops and this one did not disappoint. Parking: I went around 9:30am on a Thursday so there was plenty of free street parking available. I believe there is a paid lot next to the building though. I can imagine it being a hassle throughout the day since the street is pretty busy. Service: Amazing! Both of the baristas were super nice from the time I came in. The guy at the counter (wish I got his name) was really helpful with suggestions since it was my first time. The young lady who prepared my food was so sweet and made it with love lol Food/Menu: Selections were pretty good. There were enough options that could work for most tastes. I got the Iced Good Times Latte (w/ regular milk. They only have regular or oat milk) and it was a good suggestion. It tasted like a regular vanilla latte but with a little special flavor (could have been the lavender or sugar). I also got a Crunch Wrap (w/ chicken sausage) which was sooooo good! Definitely will be a breakfast go-to! Ambiance: This location is small so if you're looking to sit keep in mind that spots may be scarce. There were a lot of patrons having meetings and some (like myself) who were just there to read, do light work, and start the day. There are tables and chairs outside as well. The WIFI worked great and I had no issues with connecting and staying online. The music was great and wasn't too loud. The merch, decor, and overall branding was perfect and fit the area well. Overall, I will definitely be back to try more menu options and I can't wait to checkout the other locations!

Perc is the best coffee in VA highland!! I am obsessed with the Good Times latte, it is SO GOOD!! I love stopping in here during a walk or in the afternoon if I need a pick me up. The coffee is good, the baristas are friendly, and the vibe is nice to catch up with friends. The other locations are larger than the VA highland one! But still cute

Been buying my beans here lately. Love the aesthetic and location. It’s cozy but can definitely get crowded. I find it to be worth it though. There’s plenty to walk around and see / a few seats outside too so if it’s not cold out it’s no big deal. Not a coffee snob, but I like the coffee here more than other places for whatever reason.

We came here for a quick coffee after brunch. They had a solid cortado. Their bean selection as interesting, too. The space isn't too big but the inviting. Staff are friendly.
