First of all, I got to the location at 10:50 and they supposed to open at 10:30. The door was locked and nobody came to the front counter, I called and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes which at this time would be 11:10. At 11:08 I walk to the door and STILL can’t get in to get my food. However there is some guy in the locked building that clearly doesn’t work they moving around telling me THEY CLOSED!I ask him how the hell they closed when I just ordered from them?? He said oh wait a minute. Yeah I stood out there for another 7 minutes before the door was FINALLY AU lock and don’t you know my pizza still wasn’t ready?!?!Corporate will hear from me on Monday. Sick of showing up to places where people just doing whatever they want. I was informed when I first got there by someone sitting in front that they was gone to Chick-fil-A…smh

So I had a coupon for free pizza,and we were getting it at Pizza Hut and I gave it to the person who worked at the place. Then, they were cooking it so then we was waiting for the pizza (BTW i had cheese pizza) and my mom/guardian/parent said while we wait we can get some wings from Wingstop (thank you Wingstop) and then when the wings were done,the pizza was done!!!! What I'm trying to say is that Pizza Hut has GREAT service!!!!!!!!!! You need to go now!!!!!!!!TYSM for pizza Pizza Hut.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. They let me order a brownie just to tell me that they didn’t have any in stock when it was time to pay. I asked for a half cheese and half Italian sausage pizza and they basically put Italian sausage on the whole pizza except for 3 slices. The lady in the front had a weird attitude as well. I’ll never be returning to this location again.

Went to Pizza Hut Cascade Pavilion Saturday to grab food for my family. Well i stood in the lobby 10mins before anyone came out to acknowledge me. After me saying hello about 5 times lady came out asked if I was picking up I replied no, i’m placing an order. She started ranting about she’s not taking any orders she’s working by herself so rudely! I said to her well that’s not how you talk to a customer then why wasn’t the door locked. Also asked for the owner of this establishment she told me she was the owner! I know this woman doesn’t own this business and if she does ppl need to stop patronizing this place she’s just nasty and rude for no reason and I wouldn’t want to work with this her either!!!!

Pizza Hut on cascade been going downhill for a min. Use to be one cook that made everything perfect he must’ve figured out his value and quit. Pizza Hut food getting too expensive to be shorting people on their servings. I use to order weekly, turned into monthly. I think I’m done with this location
